Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann aus eigener Erfahrung sagen das es wohl Einer der wenigsten Händler / Service Werkstätte in ganz Wien ist wo der Service, Leistung & Kompetenz (in Hinsicht auf Kommunikation) zu 100% passt. Hatte Probleme mit Bulls E-Bike und von 30 offiziellen Händlern in Wien war das der Einzige, der mein Problem am Telefon angehöhrt hat und die Annahme für die Reparatur noch am selben Tag bestätigen konnte (auch in der aktuellen Sommer / Corona Situation). Die Kommunikation verlief sehr kompetent, ohne Zeitdruck, alle Details wurden fachgerecht erklärt. Mein persönlicher Eindruck = TOP! werde mich wieder an Thomas Gerhardt wenden! Can say from my own experience that it is probably one of the few dealers / service workshops in all of Vienna where the service, performance & competence (in terms of communication) fits 100%. Had problems with Bull's e-bike and from 30 official dealers in Vienna he was the only one who listened to my problem on the phone and was able to confirm the acceptance for the repair on the same day (even in the current summer / corona situation). The communication was very competent, without time pressure, all details were explained professionally. My personal impression = TOP! I will turn to Thomas Gerhardt again!

Auch bei vorherigen Produktkäufen bin ich gut beraten worden. Kann diesen Händler nur weiterempfehlen! Get immediate help after a flat tire. Not taken for granted in times like these. Zerfetztem Mantel....bin heute eigentlich in der Erwartung hin, mir nur das Material zu holen....Bei der Ankunft wurde ich gleich beraten und sofort weitergeholfen. Schlussendlich habe ich Reifen + Mantel + Arbeitszeit gewählt, da die rund 13€ (AZ) dafür echt OK für Hinterrad Wechsel waren! Und ich konnte mein Rad gleich nach 15 Minuten wiederholen. Somit Top Tip Top. Danke! Ich komme wieder! Und in Summe war auch das Material echt fair verrechnet/berechnet. Im Internet wäre ich fürs Material maximal 5€ billiger gewesen. Great service .... had a flat tire yesterday evening including a tattered coat .... actually I went there today in the expectation of just fetching the material .... On arrival I was advised and helped immediately. In the end I chose tires + coat + working hours, because the around 13 € (AZ) for it was really OK for changing the rear wheel! And I was able to repeat my bike right after 15 minutes. Thus top tip top. Thanks! I'll be back! And all in all, the material was charged / billed really fairly. On the Internet I would have been a maximum of 5 € cheaper for the material.

Das Team ist so bemüht alles zur Zufriedenheit der Kunden, so schnell wie möglich zu erledigen. Hat es auch geschafft in so schwierigen Zeiten E-Bikes mit kurzer Lieferzeit aufzutreiben. Wenn alle Unternehmen so arbeiten würden, wäre die Welt eine Bessere :-) Best bicycle shop including workshop in Vienna. Here the customer is king. The team tries so hard to do everything to the satisfaction of the customers as quickly as possible. Even in such difficult times she managed to find e-bikes with short delivery times. If all companies worked like this, the world would be a better one :-)
M	Michaela Kendl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das E-Bike wurde nach einem Sturz zur Reparatur gebracht. Es wurde das Vorderrad zentriert,Schaltung eingestellt, alles soweit ok. Dass aber eine neue Kette nach einem Sturz montiert werden muss, erschließt sich mir nicht. Aber bitte, wenn es wenigstens auch so erfolgt wäre. Die Kette trieft jedenfalls vor lauter Schmiere und Fett, alles ist ganz schwarz und klebrig. Keine "neue" Kette sieht so aus. Und nein, meine Kassette hat nicht diese schwarze Schmiere verursacht, sie ist völlig sauber, wie man anhand des Fotos sieht. Nachtrag 17.Sept.: Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Chef ( in dem er mir das negative Posting eines mir völlig unbekannten Hr. Pollmann anlastete ) wurde heute völlig kommentarlos eine neue Kette montiert. SO sieht eine neue Kette aus ! Besten Dank! The e-bike was brought in for repair after a fall. The front wheel was centered, the gears adjusted, everything ok. But it does not make sense to me that a new chain has to be fitted after a fall. But please, if at least it had happened that way. In any case, the chain is oozing with grease and grease, everything is completely black and sticky. No "new" chain looks like this. And no, my cassette did not cause this black smear, it is completely clean, as you can see from the photo. Addendum Sept 17: After a phone call with the boss (in which he accused me of the negative posting by a completely unknown Mr. Pollmann) a new chain was installed today without any comment. This is what a new chain looks like! Thank you very much!
R	Raphaelundso100 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz vorweg - ich brachte seit ich vor über 10 Jahren in den 22 zog, sämtliche Fahrräder zum warten zu dieser Werkstatt! Ich war vor einigen Tagen mit meinem Dirtbike (Dartmoor 26Player) das ich übers Internet bestellt habe, Dirtbikes gibt es in Wien in kaum einem Geschäft zu kaufen! Um mir ein hin und her schicken des Rades zu sparen wollte ich da die Kurbel sich beim vorwärts Schieben mitdreht - eine fachliche Meinung einholen bzw. das bike reparieren bzw den Freilauf reinigen/anschauen lassen Ich kam also zum Geschäft - sprach mit dem Mitarbeiter und bekam eine Antwort die ich kaum glauben konnte! Als erstes sagte der Kollege in einem sehr schnippischen ton : Wir können uns sowas nicht leisten bei den rädern die wir verkaufen. Und meinte im selben Satz auch noch das er zum öffnen der Nabe spezialwerkzeug benötigen würde das er nicht hätte! Ich kann also nur jedem menschen abraten sein Rad zu einer Werkstatt zu bringen die nicht einmal das benötigte Werkzeug hat! Ich habe dann bike24.de geschrieben die haben mir eine Anleitung zugeschickt wie man den Freilauf putz und ebenso ein rücksendelabel falls ich’s nicht schaffen würde alleine! Zum öffnen der hinterradnabe braucht man einen 6er Inbus und das habe ich geschafft ohne spezialwerkzeug und ohne das ich mich als Fahrrad Mechaniker bezeichnen kann Empfehlen werde ich dieses Geschäft nie wieder jemanden und ich selbst werde diese Werkstatt auch nie wieder besuchen! First of all - since I moved into my 22 over 10 years ago, I have brought all the bikes to this workshop to be serviced! A few days ago I was on my dirt bike (Dartmoor 26Player) that I ordered over the Internet, there are hardly any stores in Vienna that you can buy dirt bikes! In order to save myself having to send the bike back and forth, I wanted to get a professional opinion or have the bike repaired or the freewheel cleaned / inspected because the crank rotates with it when pushed forwards. So I came to the business - spoke to the employee and got an answer I could hardly believe! First of all, the colleague said in a very snappy tone: We can't afford that with the bikes we sell. And said in the same sentence that he would need special tools to open the hub that he did not have! So I can only advise everyone to bring their bike to a workshop that doesn't even have the tools they need! I then wrote bike24.de they sent me instructions on how to clean the freewheel and also a return label if I couldn't do it alone! To open the rear hub you need a 6 mm Allen key and I did it without special tools and without being able to call myself a bicycle mechanic I will never recommend this shop to anyone again and I will never visit this workshop again!
