C	Cherry Tree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der jetzigen Situation noch unfreundlicher als sonst. Ich kaufe seit drei Jahren regelmäßig dort ein weil ich gegenüber wohne. Nur eine einzige, sehr nette und junge Angestellte erkennt mich wieder. Alle anderen waren noch nie besonders hilfsbereit oder freundlich. Mein Einkauf gestern war noch negativer als sonst und ich werde meine Medikamente von jetzt an in einer anderen Apotheke besorgen. In the current situation even more unfriendly than usual. I have been shopping there regularly for three years because I live across the street. Only one, very nice and young employee recognizes me. Everyone else has never been particularly helpful or friendly. My shopping yesterday was even more negative than usual and I will now get my medication from another pharmacy.

Ich war das erste Mal bei dieser Apotheke, habe sie nie von innen gesehen, aber ich muss hier einfach 5 Sterne geben. DANKE!! Ausgezeichnete Beratung und man bekommt alles was man braucht auch über telefonische Bestellungen wenn etwas nicht lagernd sein sollte. Kann sie nur empfehlen. Very good pharmacy, very hard-working staff, especially the gentleman! Excellent advice and you get everything you need via telephone orders if something is not in stock. I can only recommend them.

Man wird hier sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten und bedient. Vor allem hat man nicht das Gefühl der nächste 08/15 Kunde zu sein. Ich werde wieder kommen. Bin schon seit zig Jahren Kundin in der Apotheke und das Personal ist immer höflich, geduldig und zuvorkommend zu "jedermann". Aber die junge Kollegin, die mich heute wieder bediente ist schon eine ausgesprochen nette,freundliche Dame und es ist eine Freude mit ihr zu tun zu haben. Well, I have to say I haven't seen such an extremely friendly service in a long time. I have been a customer in the pharmacy for umpteen years and the staff is always polite, patient and courteous to "everyone". But the young colleague who served me again today is a very nice, friendly lady and it is a pleasure to deal with her.
K	Kathrin Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und meist gute Beratung - hängt natürlich immer ein wenig vom Mitarbeiter/ der Mitarbeiterin ab, aber im Durchschnitt sehr zufriedenstellend! Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich auch ausreichend Zeit wenn z.B. Samstag Vormittags mal wieder eine Schlange vor der Apotheke steht. Very friendly employees and mostly good advice - of course it always depends a bit on the employee, but on average very satisfactory! The employees also take enough time if, for example, there is a queue in front of the pharmacy on Saturday mornings.

Man merkt schnell, dass sich das erfahrene Team sehr wohl um die Kundschaft kümmert und auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eingeht. Jedenfalls hatte ich bislang nur sehr gute Erfahrungen!
