★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered via internet an L.O.L. toy for 4 days and paid for it with credit card. Though the toy was in stock, my order has still not been confirmed. Processing of orders is extremely slow. Update: I was just informed that my order is cancelled. I assume they overbooked...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the staff. Never meet so rude and unprofessional staff like here. If the customer says' I want to buy something and I need help ' then do your job, speak nice and help them. I think they hire the staff only if they are rude and impolite. The nost unprofessional staff I ever met!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a dream toy store - it has tens of thousands of sorts at excellent prices. Smyth's is an ex Toys R US Shop, thus one can assume it has good suppliers relations. It is also well stocked for Christmas with various useful gift ideas. It would get five stars from me if the employees would be a notch friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for huge collection of toys. Staff is rude and bit racist. They did not help when we asked and said it must be somewhere and go find it yourself.
We shopped earlier from Ikea and they wanted to check if we had anything in Ikea bag and all this with sullen face and quickly speaking in deutsch as they knew we only speak english and trying to intimidate us.
Go to shop at Heinz where the customer service is top notch
