I brought my bike for quite an expansive service (75eur), bought new wheels (75 eur) and asked them to mount them. The mechanics forgot to take out the tag within the wheel (photo), so after a few days the tube inside broke because of friction. I went there to show, they admitted to the mistake (which they did on the other wheel too), but did nothing to compensate it: I already paid so they have no further obligations. There are several places around where you can buy or repair a bike. This one is really not professional.

t	twiston43 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting T-boned by a postal van, I brought my bike to this shop to get it fixed. The bike couldn't get picked up as my treatment required me to go abroad. They simply got rid of the bike by handing it over to someone who did not have a receipt to get it picked up. They basically just sold if off to someone else. Needless to say, that is completely illegal, unprofessional, inconsiderate and simply wrong on so many levels. That lack of consideration and professionalism simply reflect their overall nonchalant demeanour that I perceived from the get go. I have never experience such a situation, however it seemed totally normal to them without apology whatsoever. They literally added insult to injury.
S	Steven Zimmerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike shop with well procured stock. I recently rented a Cannondale from Starbike for a weekend ride to the Kamptal. The bike was in perfect condition and I encountered no problems. In fact this was the nicest aluminum bike I have used. For those wishing to rent, be sure to bring a multi-tool, as it was not included. I always bring my tool kit along, so this was not an issue for me. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

I had an issue with one of my hydraulic disc brakes and I went to this shop as it was recommended to me by a friend. They overcharged me for a shimano lever(~215eur vs ~170 normal retail price) and disk caliper (~65 euro vs ~50 euro retail price). On top of this the service charge was super high. Expect to pay around 40 euro for 30 mins of their time. The only positive thing is that they repaired the bike within 3 days and was a complex job, done pretty well, but it's pricey. I would suggest you don't buy anything from the shop as the prices are exploded to heaven.
I	Iain Rochford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with most of the bike shops in Vienna and Starbike is up there with the best. Friendly, knowledgeable store staff and mechanic. Norbert and Damian know their stuff and can guide you to the right bike and equipment in English as well, of course, in German. Andi in the workshop is a "diamond". If you're after a new bike, you can try them out before you decide to buy or not, which, in my experience is unusual in Austria! Highly recommended and well worth a visit!

Took my bike here after a fairly heavy accident and they managed to fix it up in just a few days. Staff here are fantastically helpful and more that willing to advise or consult. Product select is also good here and the prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend a visit for any cyclists in need.
