Die Auslieferung der Räder durch Herrn Bohmann war kompetent und gezeichnet von seiner Hilfsbereitschaft. Hervorzuheben ist auch die tolle Vorbildwirkung des Geschäftsleiters Herrn Steffen, welcher uns mit seiner angenehm ruhigen Art und massiven Kundenorientierung begeistert hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl- und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke ... wir kommen wieder! The advice from Mr. Pretz when buying an e-mountain bike was extremely positive and pleasant, both professionally and personally. The delivery of the bikes by Mr. Bohmann was competent and characterized by his willingness to help. The great role model effect of the managing director Mr. Steffen should also be emphasized, who inspired us with his pleasantly calm manner and massive customer orientation. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. Thank you...we'll be back!

Laut Mitarbeiter: beim Kauf eines BILLIGEM Rades um 458 Euro ist es normal das hinten und vorne ein ACHTER drinnen ist (hab dies als Scherz aufgenommen aber leider hat der Mitarbeiter es ernst gemeint). War nicht zentriert - wurde nach langer Verhandlung wiederwillig neu zentriert. Sie sind vewöhnt nur teure Räder zu verkaufen, wobei der Preis 458.- ja auch kein Geschenk ist...... Auf ein Schreiben vor einigen Tagen leider keine Reaktion. Verkauf SUPER (5 Sterne) nur wenn man keine Beanstandung hat. Great sale - if there are no complaints. According to the employee: when buying a CHEAP bike for 458 euros, it is normal that there is an EIGHTH in the back and front (I took this as a joke, but unfortunately the employee meant it seriously). Was not centered - was reluctantly re-centered after much negotiation. They are used to only selling expensive bikes, although the price of 458.00 is not a gift either...... Unfortunately no response to a letter a few days ago. Sale SUPER (5 stars) only if you have no complaints.

G	Greg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive and poor service compared to other shops (Decathlon etc). Going there must be a LAST RESORT when you can't get what you want somewhere else. Mounting service is very poor : I asked for Hydraulic Disc brakes to be mounted, and it was wrongly done. My fingers could not reach the Right Brake lever :)) and I don't have small fingers...and this for 75€...Additionally the Customer facing is dreadful: they don't need you, they don't want you. Be prepared to "beg" to have your bike serviced. Customer Experience also very poor and lots of paperwork: if you need a Return, you lose 1 hour : first get a sheet at information, then they ask you to put the products back 200m from there (!!!) and THEN come back to Kassa to get it refunded. Just to optimise their costs. Not friendly at all, NOT customer oriented for sure. Avoid this shop !!

I have been two times there(the last time was yesterday 28/08/2021), and i was assisted professionally and patiently. For example yesterday this young assistant at the ebike section approached with the positive attitute and explained to me all pros and cons of the bikes i was interested. Of course when there are a lot of customers, they have to take the time with each of them. The only "negative" remark i have is related to the website - which should be aligned with the actual availability in the shop.
