Dauert alles etwas länger.
Bratwurst mit Sauerkraut und Rösti
Bratwurst oberflächlich angebraten, nicht durch. Jeder Würstelstand würde sich schämen. Kein Senf dabei.
Sauerkraut für den Preis ok, aber sicher nicht gute Küche.
Rösti offenbar aus. Es waren frittierte Erdäpfeltaler.
Das Essen wurde lauwarm serviert.

Seared the bratwurst on the surface, not through. Any sausage stand would be ashamed. No mustard there.
Sauerkraut ok for the price, but certainly not good cuisine.
Rösti apparently off. It was fried potato thalers.
The food was served lukewarm.
