M	Monika Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe zwei Fitnessgeräte gekauft. Die Betatung dafür war sehr professionell und gut. Die Geräte sind sehr gut , das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. I bought two fitness machines. The betting for this was very professional and good. The devices are very good, the price/performance ratio is in order.
M	Mr HamVie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist der Umgang mit Kunden, welche hier ihr Spezi nicht gekauft haben, mehr als ernüchternd. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, der nicht sein Spezi hier gekauft hat, bei diesem Händler eine Dienstleistung in Anspruch zu nehmen. Bei mir musste ein defekter Motor getauscht werden, welcher vollumfänglich durch Spezi an den Händler erstattet wurde (Motor zuzüglich 120 EUR Arbeitszeit). Abknüpfen wollten Sie mir dann nochmal ca. 100 EUR "Fremdrad Garantiebearbeitung", welche erst auf 55,80 EUR(!) reduziert wurden, nachdem ich den Ridercare Service von Spezi mit einbezogen habe (lt. Aussage vom Händler wurde "versehentlich falsch berechnet"). Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit Spezi ist der Händler in dem Zusammenhang leider schon mal negativ aufgefallen. Schade, bis dato war ich trotz "Fremdrad" zufriedener Kunde. Unfortunately, dealing with customers who haven't bought their Spezi here is more than sobering. I can only advise anyone who has not bought his Spezi here to use a service from this dealer. I had to replace a defective motor, which was fully reimbursed to the dealer by Spezi (motor plus 120 EUR working time). They wanted to tie me off again about 100 EUR "third-party bike warranty processing", which was only reduced to 55.80 EUR (!) After I included the Ridercare Service from Spezi (according to the dealer statement, it was "accidentally incorrectly calculated") ). After a telephone consultation with Spezi, the dealer has unfortunately received negative attention in this connection. It's a shame, up to now I've been a satisfied customer despite being a "third-party bike".

Super Sportgeschäft mit einem top Team. Beste Beratung bei der man sich verstanden und einfach wohl fühlt. Fast wie Zuhause. Top! After looking at some racing bikes, I fell in love with this bike in the second at the X-Sport WorldSTORE and I had to buy it. Great sports shop with a top team. The best advice where you can be understood and simply feel good. Almost like at home. Top!
L	Lilli ́S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetente Beratung und freundliches Team. Da alle Mitarbeiter selber begeisterte Sportler sind, kann man sich auf die Empfehlungen absolut verlassen. Wir haben bereits ein Rennrad, ein Triathlonrad sowie ein Woom1 dort gekauft und uns immer super beraten gefühlt. Das Bikefitting ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen und wird sehr professionell durchgeführt. Zeitangaben bei Reparaturen werden verlässlich eingehalten. In dem gut sortierten Shop kann man alles erwerben, was das Triathlonherz begehrt ;-) Wir nehmen gerne eine weitere Anreise in Kauf,da wir uns hier gut beraten und aufgehoben fühlen. Competent advice and a friendly team. Since all employees are enthusiastic athletes themselves, you can absolutely rely on the recommendations. We have already bought a racing bike, a triathlon bike and a Woom1 there and always felt that we were well advised. Bike fitting is also recommended and is carried out very professionally. Time specifications for repairs are reliably adhered to. In the well-stocked shop you can buy everything a triathlon heart desires ;-) We are happy to accept another journey, as we feel well advised and in good hands here.
