Unfreundlich, hochnäsig, geht auf den Kunden gar nicht ein. Vorauswahl wird bereits getroffen steht man zu Gesicht oder nicht, wenn nein, hört man sich zwar das Begehren des Kunden an aber dann folgt sofort haben wir nicht.
