Man verkauft homäopathische produkte obwohl man sagt dass man sowas eigentlich nicht möchte ohne den kunden darauf hinzuweisen dass es ein produkt dieser art ist! Da es nicht geholfen hat, habe ich mich über dieses produkt informiert und habe gesehen, dass es sich um ein solche handelt. Es hat 17€ gekostet und die aufklärung / beratung hat man sich auch gleich erspart! Beim 2.besuch musste ich mir dann sagen lassen, dass man keine lust auf eine diskussion hätte und es außerdem super wäre, dass es mir jetzt besser geht und ich mich so aufregen könnte. So eine aussage von einer apothekerin finde ich dann doch ein bisschen frech. Wollen sie keine beratung und dazu noch ein sehr teures nutzloses produkt, dann sollte diese apotheke, die apotheke der ersten wahl für sie sein! ? Ich erwarte mir, dass man einem kunden ganz offen und ehrlich sagt, wenn es keine alternative gibt, und nicht einfach trotzdem etwas verkaufen was keinen wert hat. Bisher dachte ich, dass eine apotheke nicht so funktioniert dass man den leuten einfach was andreht. Tja, falsch gedacht! A pharmacy that should be avoided if possible. You sell homeopathic products even though you say that you don't really want something like that without pointing out to the customer that it is a product of this type! Since it didn't help, I researched this product and saw that it was one of those. It cost 17 € and you saved yourself the education / advice! On the second visit, I had to be told that I didn't feel like having a discussion and that it would also be great that I feel better now and that I could be so upset. I find a statement like this from a pharmacist a bit cheeky. If you don't want advice and a very expensive useless product, this pharmacy should be the first choice for you! ? I expect to tell a customer quite openly and honestly if there is no alternative and not just sell something that has no value anyway. Until now I thought that a pharmacy doesn't work in such a way that you just turn something on people. Well, you thought wrong!

Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich wirklich Zeit für einen und sind immer sehr nett. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service ?? Although there is another pharmacy near me, I like to take the longer route to buy my medication in THIS pharmacy. The staff really take their time for you and are always very nice. Thank you for this great service ??

M	Mina Kuhn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abzocke, immer wieder ärgerlich: entweder es werden einem homöopathische Produkte angeboten, oder grundsätzlich das teuerste verfügbare Produkt. neuester Schmeh: "nein, für die Ibuprofen als Generikon brauchen Sie eine Verschreibung". und so kosten dann 20 Ibu auf einmal 10 Euro...! "die lösen sich aber schneller auf", war dann die Erklärung für den Preis. (Bei der Online-Apo kosten 20 Ibu übrigens 3,50 Euro, ohne Verschreibung, no na. nur falls sich wer wundert, warum die Leute Online einkaufen!) Rip off, always annoying: either homeopathic products are offered, or basically the most expensive product available. latest Schmeh: "no, you need a prescription for the ibuprofen as genericon". and so then 20 Ibu cost 10 euros at a time ...! "But they dissolve more quickly," was the explanation for the price. (Incidentally, with the online apo, 20 Ibu cost 3.50 euros, without a prescription, no, just in case anyone is wondering why people shop online!)

Man ist durch die Plexiglasscheiben (Spukschutz) gut getrennt und es wird darauf geachtet, dass immer nur die erlaubte Personenanzahl im Geschäft ist. Optisch sehr schöne Apotheke mit guten Öffnungszeiten - ich bin gerne hier Stammkunde!! Thank you for the nice advice! By the way, the team is always friendly, no matter how big a rush there is. You are well separated by the plexiglass panes (spook protection) and it is ensured that only the permitted number of people is in the shop. Visually very nice pharmacy with good opening times - I like to be a regular customer here!
