E	Elena Kainz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch schlimmer kann nicht sein. Heute diese Apotheke hat meinen Sohn (an Multiple Sklerose kranke Mensch) mit dem Rezept von AKH Wien weg geschick . Deswegen musste er beim heutige Hitze +35 Grad von Marotlingergasse nach AKH fahren. Wegen nichts! Sein AKH Arzt auch gesagt hat, daß diese Apotheke nicht kompetent ist. Finger weg davon! It couldn't be worse. Today this pharmacy sent my son (person suffering from multiple sclerosis) away with the prescription from Vienna General Hospital. That's why he had to drive from Marotlingergasse to AKH in today's heat of +35 degrees. Because of nothing! His AKH doctor also said that this pharmacy is not competent. Stay away from it!
M	Martina Martines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der unfreundlichsten Apotheken die ich kenne Mitarbeiter glauben sind Dozenten oder Professoren geben nicht mal rezeptfreie Medikamente her-Sie brauchen ein Rezept obwohl man es jahrelang ohne bekommt!! Mitarbeiter die sehr schlecht deutsch sprechen glauben was zu wissen Lieber fahr ich etwas weiter als hier mein geld auszugeben nie wieder!! Sehr sehr unfreundlich und gehen Null auf die Kunden ein die wissen alles besser!! One of the most unfriendly pharmacies I know. Employees believe that lecturers or professors do not even sell over-the-counter drugs - you need a prescription even though you can get one without it for years! Employees who speak German very badly believe they know something I would rather drive a little further than spend my money here, never again! Very, very unfriendly and zero in on the customers who know everything better!

Egal ob Reinigungsdame, Verkäuferin oder Hr. Magister/ Fr. Magistra ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als "Stamm-Apotheke" nur zu empfehlen! Competent advice, polite, large selection, prompt, fast and problem-free ordering when something is not there and almost never waiting times. No matter if cleaning lady, saleswoman or Mr. Magister / Ms. Magistra invariably friendly and helpful. As a "regular pharmacy" I can only recommend it!

A	Amon Deus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy is really great all in all. It strongly depends on the Magister and the Magisters mood and attitude towards the client and certain prescription though. Very fair and customer friendly opening hours. I've never saw a pharmacy in Vienna or Austria with opening hours until 19:00 during the week and 'till 18:00 on Saturdays.
