A	Alma Becic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nett, freundlich, kompetent. Mein 13jähriger Sohn muss sich wöchentlich auf Corona testen lassen - war dementsprechend bei vielen anderen Apotheken. Er besteht nun immer auf "unsere" Hausapotheke (Apotheke zum Weissen Kreuz), weil, wie er sagt, dort der Test am einfühlsamsten und freundlichsten durchgeführt wird! nice, friendly, competent. My 13-year-old son has to be tested for Corona weekly - accordingly he was at many other pharmacies. He now always insists on "our" house pharmacy (Apotheke zum Weisses Kreuz) because, as he says, this is where the test is carried out in the most sensitive and friendly way!
M	M W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An alle lieben Kollegen (Ärzte): Ich wollte einen teureren Impfstoff in dieser Apotheke kaufen und hab mich vor der Bezahlung erkundigt ob es einen Ärzterabatt gibt. Als mir kein Rabatt gegeben wurde, hab ich gesagt ich werde den Impfstoff von einer anderen Apotheke beziehen, worauf ich mir sagen lassen musste, dass der Impfstoff bereits bestellt wurde und, dass das "so eigentlich nicht geht" (der Impfstoff war nicht vorrätig, ich wollte den Impstoff gerade bezahlen und bestellen, also sollte eine Stornierung der Lieferung doch eigenlich noch sehr leicht möglich sein?!) Na gut, hab den Impstoff dann nicht genommen und in einer benachbarten Apotheke mit Rabatt um 25€ billiger gekauft. Also als Arzt/Ärztin dann vielleicht doch lieber wo anders ;-) To all dear colleagues (doctors): I wanted to buy a more expensive vaccine in this pharmacy and before paying I asked if there was a doctor's discount. When I was not given a discount, I said I would get the vaccine from another pharmacy, whereupon I had to be told that the vaccine had already been ordered and that "this is not really possible" (the vaccine was not in stock, I was about to pay for and order the vaccine, so a cancellation of the delivery should actually still be very easy ?!) Well, then I didn't take the vaccine and bought it at a neighboring pharmacy with a discount of 25 €. So, as a doctor, you might prefer somewhere else ;-)

Freundlich,Kompetent und immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen.Die Mitarbeiter gehen sehr super gegenseitig Um,helfen.und ich wurde super beraten.Nur weiter so!!! Ich nimm gerne die Wartezeit auf mich egal ob Regen oder Sonnenschein.Klein aber Fein. So diws is my favorite pharmacy. Friendly, competent and always a smile on their lips. The employees are very good at each other, help. And I was given great advice. Just keep it up! I like to take the waiting time on me, no matter if rain or shine, small but nice.

Die Apothekerin hat mir einiges erklärt und sich wirklich Zeit genommen, obwohl natürlich sehr viele Leute draußen gewartet haben. Super nice pharmacy. Super nice staff. We were served in a friendly and courteous manner. The pharmacist explained a few things to me and really took her time, although of course a lot of people were waiting outside.

Es werden auch Coronatests gemacht, was auch super funktioniert. Long-time customer. All employees do a great job, THANK YOU !!! Nice team, I can recommend it to everyone. Corona tests are also done, which also works great.

Due to S-Bahn delay I arrived at 17:59 and was behind the red light that I saw the young man closing the door. I waved at him and he simply ignored me and made it even quicker. After the light turned green I moved to their door and knocked the door. Again, they saw me and simply ignored me! They were moving inside and it was 18.00. I used their bell and knocked again till the tall doctor arrived. I showed him the receipt telling him that this is simply a pickup. He showed his hands as a no sign and pointed to his watch. He clearly saw the invoice and the baby was with me. Before closing the door they saw me and even if they haven't, it was a matter of 15 seconds! They could simply open it and give me the baby's drug. The time was not about a missile launch. It wouldn't have take more than 1 minute. This is simply embarrassing because my baby was coughing hard and they knew I'm a frequent customer of them. After this behaviour I switched my drugstore and I'm really happy that I did. I also told my neighbour friends not to go there anymore.
