Nothing. The items have been paid , including the shipment to Ireland of almost 20 euro. It is totally unacceptable. My order number: 187541
B	Beatrice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not the quickest, neither the most reliable online pharmacy. My order was shipped 7 days after it was placed although all products were available and I am in the same town as the company. It was shipped only after I inquired per e-mail with their customer service. On top of it all, they use DPD for shipping and they are known for not even attempting delivery. Although I was home all day, nobody rang my bell and the order was taken to a shop, I was told they can't attempt a second delivery due to "technical reasons". I let the shop return the order and ordered from another pharmacy (based outside Austria) that delivered my products within 4 days! Unfortunately, even though the order was returned a couple of days ago I haven't heard from the shop and they don't react to messages or calls to customer service. Hopefully I won't have to involve the consumer protection.

I changed my review to 5-star because together with my order the store also left for me a package of face masks free of charge. *** Prices are low, however, they send the order with a big delay. I placed an order on Thursday. Contacted them on Friday and asked the status of my order. I got a reply that my order will be send only at the beginning of next week. They have to send it asap. The post is working on Friday and Saturday as well. Order number: 169641.
G	Grumazescu Raluca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give less than one star, but the only star is because partial delivery of my order was sent. I have placed an order of 3 products on 18Jan2021, the order included also FFP2 Masks, they have sent a partial order that I received on 27Jan2021 but without the FFP2 Masks. All 3 products were paid by card, the money was retracted from my bank account and after 2 months I still did not get a reply to none of my emails, I did not receive the FFP2 Masks nor the money returned in my bank account. I find their customer services totally unacceptable.

Every time I contact the store they write the same answer, that they are working on it. There is no information when my order will come. I am not sure if it will come at all at this point. I recommend to go elsewhere.

Since the begging of December 2021, I got tested twice or three times a week, getting the result only a few hours later. However, in the last few weeks, although you ask for a PCR test, you get tested for Antigen as well. Not everyone is informed about it, and if you request only PCR, the guys working there insist on getting the Antigen done too. Just like a sales agent looking to increase sales. Be aware! The test box has GRATIS written all over it, but these extra tests actually cost money. You do not pay it directly, but you do pay it with tax money! It probably also slows the process of test results since there are more tests to go through.
