Was Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit betrifft hätte diese Apotheke, meiner Meinung nach, nicht einmal einen Stern verdient. Ich hab mich noch nie sonst in einer Apotheke so schlecht beraten gefühlt bzw. gab es nicht einmal den Willen zu Beratung. Es kann sein, dass ich an eine besonders unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin geraten bin heute, aber auch schon davor hatte ich ähnliche Erfahrungen. I give two stars because everything went well with the medication. As for customer service and friendliness, this pharmacy, in my opinion, would not have earned a star. I have never felt so bad advice in a pharmacy or even gave it the will to advice. It may be that I have come to a particularly unfriendly employee today, but even before that I had similar experiences.

Gestern wahr ich bei der so genannte Apotheke.Ich wollte ein Medikament kaufen es wahr nicht Verfügbar.Danach haben die jenigen die Medikament bestellt und ich habe es auch bezahlt und haben mir bescheid gesagt das sie Morgen ganztags offen sind 08:00-18:00.((Bisher alles OK.).Heute wahr ich Dort und Plötzlich zu.Könnte niemanden erreichen und fühle mich verarscht und würde sowas nicht akzeptieren.Dann habe jch mitgekriegt dass die Apotheke noch 5 tagen (ja wegen die Feiertagen) geschlossen bleibt.Und jetzt brauch ich diese Medikament dringend habe das auch bezahlt die Beitrag wahr 67€. Big meanness! I've never experienced anything like it in my life. I want to shorten the whole story. Yesterday I was at the so-called pharmacy. I wanted to buy a drug, it was not available. Then they ordered the drug and I paid for it and told me that they would be open all day tomorrow from 08: 00-18: 00 . ((So far everything OK.). Today I was there and suddenly closed. Couldn't reach anyone and I feel ripped off and would not accept that. Then I noticed that the pharmacy would be closed for another 5 days (yes because of the holidays). And now I need this drug urgently I also paid the contribution true 67 €.

Die Angestellten sowie der Herr Magister sind es gar nicht wert, dass man sich darüber ärgert, ein bestimmtes Medikament, das von einem Facharzt verordnet wurde und beim Hausarzt zur Abholung dort bereitzustellen ist, NICHT bekommt !!!!! Ich kann nur sagen : Finger weg In this pharmacy you are treated like a supplicant. The employees as well as the master's degree are not worth the fact that you are annoyed about NOT getting a certain medication that was prescribed by a specialist and has to be made available by the family doctor for pickup !!!!! I can only say: hands off
