E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Eindruck: Bemüht, aber leider häufig Auskünfte, die nicht stimmen durch Apothekerin. Häufig wechselndes Personal. Bei Auskünften besser in eine andere Apotheke gehen. My impression: Tried, but unfortunately often information that is incorrect from the pharmacist. Frequently changing staff. Better go to another pharmacy for information.

I have been with this apo for 5 years and I am really excited. Competent, super friendly, top service! The best pharmacy I've known so far.

PS: Die Post ist dort leider nicht mehr anzutreffen. Aber auch nicht tragisch, wenn man es weiß ;-) Has been there several times in the last few weeks and has only had positive experiences so far, especially with regard to the advice! Es wurde versucht mir sofort einen 10 Euro Test anzudrehen, bevor ich gefragt wurde ob ich noch Gratis-Selbsttests für dieses Monat frei habe. Als ich beschloss hier keine Tests zu kaufen und zu gehen, wurde mir meine bereits bezahlte Rezeptgebühr erst auf Nachfrage und ohne Entschuldigung wieder zurück gegeben. Weniger Lust auf Arbeit und Freundlichkeit kann man wohl nicht haben... It couldn't be more unsympathetic. Just wanted to go pick up tests. An attempt was made immediately to give me a 10 Euro test before I was asked if I still have free self-tests available for this month. When I decided not to buy any tests here and to leave, the prescription fee I had already paid was only given back to me on request and without an apology. You can't have less desire for work and friendliness ...

Die fachlich sehr schlecht ausgebildeten Verkäuferinnen sind nur daran interessiert unnötige überteuerte Produkte zu verkaufen, anstatt den Patienten das zu geben was Sie wollen und brauchen. terrible service! I had actually asked the same medicine in many pharmacies around Vienna and they kept telling me there is no other options rather than the two products I had already tried, but in the Walfisch-Apotheke the lady showed me many products (some of them were their own ones) and one of them was exactly what I was asking for (was using it in Belgium before I come to Austria but here I couldn't find anything similar anywhere). So that's why the five stars plus she was really friendly to me!
