They ask for payment even before you see the product so I guess some people doesn’t even object... but I found its almost a scam!!! They should e reported because that’s a fraud. I won’t never ever buy anything from them.

I was searching for a not common product on the store (Borotalco – talcum powder) from an Italian Branch (Roberts), and the store was about to close. One of the attendees was exceptional on searching the Borotalco on the inventory, spent a lot of time finding the product (there was only one) even with the closure of the store and finally I could buy what I was searching for. All time the attendees were friendly and made all the efforts in order to sale what a needed, which is not common in most stores at the time of closure (I would expect any excuse for closing the store, as opposed to someone staying for more 15 minutes searching for the Product).

I am a tourist and I have to isolate with covid, and called looking for a delivery of medication, the woman I spoke to - Fatma Ōztūrk was very good indeed. She spoke excellent English, and took a lot of time to make sure she understood what I was asking for, despite some of them being unusual English words. I think she might even have delivered the medicine to my hotel herself. I'm very grateful she helped out in a difficult situation, and I'd recommend the pharmacy highly.
