Als ich nach einem günstigen Generikum für Voltaren Forte frage, entgegnet mir die Mitarbeiterin nur unfreundlich: "Was?!?" Sowas gibt es hier nicht. Sie bot mir anschließend ein normales Voltaren emulgel und Voltaren dolo forte an. Besonders ärgere ich mich wegen dem offensichtlichen Desinteresse der Mitarbeiterin auf mein Anliegen einzugehen, sowie wegen der Unfreundlichkeit. Umso mehr ärgere ich mich später, als ich im Internet sehe, dass es zahlreiche günstigere Varianten als Voltaren gibt, die die gleiche Wirkstoffzusammensetzung haben. I was here earlier because I have pain in my foot, so I wanted to buy a pain gel. When I asked about a cheap generic for Voltaren Forte, the employee replied rudely: "What?!?" There is no such thing here. She then offered me a normal Voltaren emulgel and Voltaren dolo forte. I am particularly angry because of the employee's obvious lack of interest in responding to my request, as well as because of the unfriendliness. I am all the more annoyed later when I see on the Internet that there are numerous cheaper variants than Voltaren that have the same active ingredient composition.

Selbst während der Covid-Sperren waren alle Mitarbeiter immer positiv und hilfsbereit, insbesondere wenn andere Apotheker in der Gegend von all den Panikkäufen und Verbraucheranforderungen mürrisch waren. Es ist für mich nicht die nahegelegenste Apotheke, aber es ist die extra Fahrt wert. I always get great service from this pharmacy. Even during the Covid lockdown, all of the staff were always positive and helpful, especially when other pharmacists in the area were grumpy from all the panic buying and consumer demands. It's not the closest pharmacy to me, but it's worth the extra drive.
