Da gibt's immer Rückgaberecht!!
Samstag zwei Artikel gekauft, da uns Verkäuferin gesagt hat, wenn sie nicht passen können wir sie zurückgeben.
Artikel passen nicht. Montag wieder ins Geschäft. Keine anderer passender Artikel lagernd oder kurzfristig lieferbar. Trotzdem gibt's kein Geld zurück sondern nur Gutschein.

Bought two items on Saturday as the seller told us if they didn't fit we could return them.
Items do not fit. Monday back to business. No other matching items in stock or available at short notice. Nevertheless, there is no money back, only a voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a regular customer of DogStyler but will never ever set a foot there again. I was forced to buy for 65€ food which was directly on the floor, covered in pee, on the pretense that my dog was responsible. My dog started to lift his paw on a pee-smell but I stopped him in mid-motion, so he could not have been responsible for the half liter of pee on the floor. That my dog misbehaved is true, but a shop claiming to be luxurious has no excuse to have food directly on the floor, or claim to have no insurance for such matter. To earn 65€ today, they lost about 100€ for all other months to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dog supplies shop with a large range of clothes, food and everything dogs need. We and our dog still love the car seat we bought around 1,5 years ago. The products sold are all of premium high-quality and therefore a bit pricey (but still good value).
