Egal worum es geht: eine Füllung, eine Krone, akute Schmerzbehandlung, Mundhygiene...bin immer sehr zufrieden, habe keine Angst mehr zum Zahnarzt zu gehen. Die Ordination ist modern, Personal sehr freundlich. Es wird immer eine Röntgenuntersuchung bei mir durchgeführt, man bekommt dann die professionelle Beratung, schmerzfreie Behandlung und die Hauptsache - die Sicherheit. Ich bin vor Jahren durch einen Notfall und durch Zufall zu Frau Dr. Knötig gekommen und hatte nicht nur Angst, sondern nahezu Panik vor zahnärztlichen Behandlungen. Es gab also viel zu tun. Man fühlt sich willkommen, verstanden und wird statt mit einem erhobenen Zeigefinger, mit einer helfenden Hand empfangen. Abseits der unbestrittenen fachlichen Kompetenz beweist Frau Dr. Knötig vor allem zwischenmenschlich Gespür: Das merkt man besonders bei der Auswahl ihres Teams, bei dem man nie das Gefühl hat, eine Last oder Teil einer Massenabfertigung zu sein. Höchst professionelle Mundhygiene Spezialistin. Ich bin jedes Mal gerne dort und wer kann das schon von einer Zahnarzt Praxis behaupten? So viel gute Energie. Entspannungsmusik und ätherische Öle bei Mundhygiene Terminen ist ebenfalls ein Traum! Best doctor I have found in Vienna so far. Absolutely professional, quick and very warm. Habe nehrmals offen gesagt, dass ich schreckliche Angst habe. Mir wurde nicht aufmerksam zugehört, meine Angst abgetan und praktisch auf meine Bedürfnisse keine Rücksicht genommen. Schöne Worte und nichts dahinter. Warum macht man dann damit Werbung? Wechsle jetzt zu einem anderen Zahnarzt und lasse mich nicht weiter unter Druck setzen. On the homepage you can read that special consideration is given to anxious patients. I'm such an anxious patient. I've said openly several times that I'm terribly scared. I was not listened to carefully, my fear was dismissed and my needs were practically ignored taken into account. Beautiful words and nothing behind them. Then why advertise it? Switching to another dentist now and don't let me be put under any more pressure.

Alle sind sehr lieb. Machen einem kein schlechtes Gewissen aber geben gute Tipps und erklären verständlich was passiert. Prinzipiell sehr Menschlicher Umgang. Und leistbar ;) I'm very satisfied! Oral hygiene is great too! I came up with some problems a few years ago and now I'm super happy with my teeth. All are very nice. Don't make you feel guilty but give good tips and explain what is happening in an understandable way. Basically very human interaction. And affordable;)

Dr. Knötig was also very friendly and did her job professionally. It's been a week since the crown was put in and I haven't had any issues. I'm very happy. Highly recommend this dentist.
