★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich liebe diese Viu Filiale! Mittlerweile habe ich meine dritte Brille dort gekauft. Warum ich sicher wiederkomme:
- Kompetente VerkäuferInnen, die es auch schaffen die Brille anzupassen (das passiert nicht mehr häufig) und ihren Beruf verstehen!
- tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
- schickes Design der Filiale
- aktuelle Brillenmode
- die Brille ist bereits ein paar Werktage später verfügbar
 I love this Viu branch! In the meantime I bought my third glasses there. Why I'm coming back for sure:
- Competent sales people who also manage to adapt the glasses (this doesn't happen often) and understand their profession!
- great price / performance ratio
- chic design of the branch
- current eyewear fashion
- The glasses are available a few working days later

Hallo, ich war heute mit meiner Mama in der VIU Filiale im 1. Bezirk und musste meine Brille neu anpassen, da der eine Brillenbügel verbogen war & da war ein total sympathischer Mitarbeiter, welcher sich die Zeit für uns genommen hat, damit alles perfekt passt. Sowas sehe ich nicht als selbstverständlich & bin euch dafür mehr als nur dankbar. Deswegen werde ich in Zukunft weiterhin bei euch meine Brillen kaufen.
Ihr verdient mehr Aufmerksamkeit! :)

Hello, I was with my mom in the VIU branch in the 1st district today and had to readjust my glasses because one of the glasses temple was bent & there was a very personable employee who took the time for us so that everything fit perfectly . I don't take that for granted & am more than grateful to you for it. That's why I will continue to buy my glasses from you in the future.
You deserve more attention! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich nach dem Augenarzt etwas skeptisch über meine Sehstärke war, habe ich hier einen weiteren Sehtest durchführen lassen. Dieser wurde sehr gewissenhaft gemacht und ich habe mich sehr gut beraten gefühlt. Es wurde eine andere Sehstärke ermittelt und ich konnte beide Ergebnisse austesten, um festzustellen welche besser passt.
Bei der Abholung wurde mir dann die Brille genau angepasst. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und extrem freundlich. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kann diese Filiale jedem weiterempfehlen

Since I was a bit skeptical about my eyesight after the ophthalmologist, I had another eye test done here. This was done very conscientiously and I felt very well advised. A different prescription was determined and I was able to test both results to determine which fits better.
When I picked it up, the glasses were fitted to me exactly. The employees are very competent and extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable here and can recommend this branch to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been loyal to VIU for years! The glasses are super durable and high quality, they are light and very comfortable and the designs are amazing. They offer eye tests that are free if you book an appointment. I have had some tests before, none were so accurate than here. You can really feel that they care! My experience was lead by Noah, one of their top employees in my opinion! VIU if you can hear me, give Noah a raise, he deserves it! ?

It is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had - they’re attentive, patient, warm and equally important, competent. I highly recommend them.
