★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop, the Lady who is store manager was very unfriendly and snappy. Very arrogant and treated us very badly. We buy a lot Swarovski because we are austrians living abroad. Swarovski is always a piece of home. We left the store on Kaerntnerstrasse very upset ?

Follow up, not so much. To repair or exchange a faulty product you are send to several people, each with his own excuse and ultimately denied assistance because you don't have a receipt. As if it not obvious that this is a Swarovski product.
