Seems I have to preview the products online before shopping here, otherwise staff would not show me any products, because I can’t tell what they have in store, and the staff wonder I just waiting for someone here to kill time. I was confused by the attitude. That’s no point to have a shop if the staffs expect the consumers study their products before visit, it’s normal to get the idea from the staff rather I do research by myself, why don’t just selling products online and shut down the stores? Staff should improve product knowledge to introduce to consumers.
E	Electra Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only chanel boutique in Austria. On Saturday morning, a small line outside - but once you get inside, they are nice. Very nice staff. Especially the gentleman upstairs in the shoes section - he was helpful and friendly. A woman downstairs was also helpful and friendly. Of note, downstairs, I waited for 20minutes. They do not ask if you need help - you have to seek them out and interrupt them with other customers. That said, it was explained to me at least 2 sales associates were not at work that day as normally scheduled, so maybe it is normally better.

The security kicked me out, said that they have own rules from the manager of the shop. They also do not offer PPF2 mask, or glass of water, by the way, it's +31 outside and I'm 6 months pregnant. Chanel Vienna has lost a loyal customer. I wish the manager of Austrian filial to stay healthy and wealthy :))

She pulled a face when we polite to ask her if they have stock . I don’t understand why I buy a bag need to tolerate that attitude. The Asia staff Don't give me that face , do your job ! She is not professional at all ! Worst Chanel staff ever!

Mrs. Tong has been helping me finding the best bag every time and it is her accommodating behaviour that makes every visit very pleasant for me. She is very helpful and regardless of the time it takes to make a choice, she does not change her attitude. Today she was helping me and a lady from Hungary at the same time and it worked very well! The lady ended up buying a Jumbo, I bought a nice wallet and will be back on Saturday to get me a bag to!. This is how shopping should really be and feel like!
A	Amaal D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience indeed. Thier employees lack the experience, have no clue about the store policy add to that poor attitude. One of thier employee even gave faulty information, and the other colleague was so insisting to know which one who gave the false info and when we told her the name (we had the business card) she just ignored the whole situation and didn't bother to say sorry. This lack of training and proffepciency cost us around 300 Euros. Hope they learn a bit from the nearby Fendi store.
