â â â â â I bought a pair of boots here, but as soon as they got a bit wet (it's winter...!) a couple of the studs just fell off. When I asked in the shop the manager acted like it wasn't her problem. Don't buy here. The quality just isn't worth the money!

â â â â â Be careful! Bad quality for high prices! No money back, no exchange! I wanted to return my shoes as I was unsatisfied after 1 week. They told me not to hurry as I have 1 month exchange time (no returns!). When I came back in a few days - it was back to only 1 week exchange, which was already over by now. It wasnât written anywhere on the invoice, but dictated by the manager on the phone which the shop girl called. She said she canât do anything about it. 100⏠are gone! Never again! They look good, but you are buying bad quality and terrible customer service!

â â â â â I don t know how some people are talking about bad quality at Musette. To be honest, I bought these boots 4-5 years ago and I still have them. I m planning to buy a new pair, exactly the same. The leather is amazing. I am working a lot with coffee and I have used them pretty much but they do really almost look the same as the first day.
