Meine Brillen wurden schnell angefertigt und nach Hause geliefert und passen perfekt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder eine neue Brille kaufen. A nice shop with very friendly and professional advice and a large selection. My glasses were quickly made and delivered home and fit perfectly. I would buy new glasses here anytime.

Dies erfolgt super schnell und es ging sich alles perfekt aus. Davor hatten wir die Brille bei einem Optiker, der nicht nur Optik macht... - dort wurde die Brille innerhalb von 4 Werktagen bloß zerlegt. Wir danken Wien Optik und seinem Team für die schnelle unbürokratische Hilfe. Danke! Great optician. The frame of the glasses was broken. With photos and the hanger number, a suitable hanger was found and ordered within a short time. This happens super quickly and everything turned out perfectly. Before that, we had the glasses at an optician who not only made optics ... - there the glasses were simply dismantled within 4 working days. We would like to thank Wien Optik and its team for the quick, unbureaucratic help. Thanks!

Ich ging um 10 Uhr vormittags in das Geschäft um Hilfe oder Möglichkeiten zur Reparatur zu erfragen. Der sehr nette höfliche Chef erkannte meine Verzweiflung und um 11 Uhr konnte ich meine neue Brille abholen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die promte fachliche Hilfe! I went to the store at 10am for help or repair options. The very nice, polite boss recognized my despair and at 11 o'clock I was able to pick up my new glasses. Mittlerweile besitze ich so einige (Sonnen-)Brillen von Wien Optik. Ein schicker kleiner Laden, in dem individuelle Beratung und Kundenservice noch großgeschrieben werden. Was ich besonders schätze: Man kann sowohl Sehtest als auch Reparaturarbeiten an der Brille unkompliziert direkt im Shop machen lassen. Es gibt zudem außergewöhnliche Accessoires wie Brillenketten oder -taschen, womit es sich immer lohnt vorbeizuschauen. Before I became a Wien Optik customer, I always thought that I didn't have a “glasses face”. I now own quite a few (sun) glasses from Wien Optik. A chic little shop where individual advice and customer service are still very important. What I particularly appreciate: You can have both an eye test and repair work on your glasses done directly in the shop. There are also unusual accessories such as glasses chains or bags, which are always worth a look.

I wasn‘t too sure if Wien Optik had it in their sortiment, but i gave it a try. They did not have it when i visited the store, but when i explained it to the friendly lady in the store, she told me they could order it per express and i would have it within the next days, including the distance vision glasses. Further they supported me with choosing the best contact lenses (had to change brand), which i bought there aswell. Perfect service, amazing staff?
