R	Rahman Movahed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were nice and helpful. There is no microwave or oven in the kichennete. Room had no view(windows open to the parking area) and there was lot of noise when the cars arrived or left. Overall the stay was good but not perfect.

Easy bus and subway close by,

I'd appreciate changing towels each day, especially in summer, when we need two showers a day... i think in a couple of weeks i would miss an air conditioner. The tv set is super. But there's no basket for wastes... A mix of good quality and some disattentions. At six in the morning i wake, because of poor windows obscuration... but this is my problem. For the paid price (about 60€ / day) could we ask for mre attention? It wouldn't cost so much...
H	Hannah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog barking ALL NIGHT LONG at least 3 days a week. Would definitely not recommend staying here, couldn't even sleep most nights because it is SO loud. Additionally, elevator wasn't working for most of our stay. Overall considering the circumstances the rooms were overpriced. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Peace and quiet for hotel guests should be a basic. Do not stay here.
M	Marina Peremojnaia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold and dirty room, stained bedsheets, dusty old and broken blinds(seen on the picture), stained towels and the list goes on and on, old furniture, no kettle. The building itself was dark, the hallway to the apartments wasn't lit at all (we required some torches) to find our flat. We found an old used plaster and a peace of a used cotton wool in the shower. The apartment is nothing like on the photos from booking. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
F	Francesco Caprioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s very beautiful, elegant, clean and well supplied. The position is great: you can reach the city centre by foot or by all means of transports (nearby there’s everything: bus, tram, U-Bahn). The staff is young, helpful and nice (one of the receptionists can speak very good Italian and is really kind and friendly!). The only little issue was that the apartment sometimes got way too hot during the day, even though the heater was off. On the whole, we would definitely recommend it everyone going to Vienna.

Although, there could be more space in the bathroom for placing stuff, some shelf or something. Staff at the reception are really nice and friendly. Also, U-Bahn station is about 5 minutes walk away, and the city centre is 20 minutes walk away. Supermarket is right around the corner. I truly recommend this hotel.
