Fairly clean and quiet. Maybe a bit out of the center to walk but the price is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un loc primitor într-o clàdire perfect întretinutà, situat în cartierul Briggitenau, cartier linistit. În apropiere se aflà statii de tramvai cu care poti ajunge usor în centrul orasului, supermarket Lidl si Billa, restaurante, caffeterii, diverse magazine.
Apartamentul nr.1 situat la parter a corespuns întrutotul descrierii de pe site, curat, spatios, cu bucatarie dotatà cu plità electricà, cuptor electric, microunde, masinà spàlat vase, fierbàtor apà, expresor cafea, frigider, tacâmuri si veselà, totul pentru a-ti usura sederea si a te simti ca acasà.
Baia dotatà cu cabinà dus, masinà de spàlat rufe, uscàtor pàr, masà si fier de càlcat aflate la dispozitie.
Proprietatea nu pune la dispozitie sàpun/sàmpon, însà nu mi s-a pàrut a fi un inconvenient.

A welcoming place in a well-kept building, located in the quiet Briggitenau district. Nearby there are tram stations with which you can easily reach the city center, Lidl and Billa supermarket, restaurants, cafes, various shops.
Apartment No. 1 on the ground floor was exactly as described on the site, clean, spacious, with kitchen with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery. It makes your stay easier and you feel at home.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron available.
The property does not provide soap / shampoo, but I did not think it was a problem.
I RECOMMEND WITH CONFIDENCE!
