Ich war vorher schon recht aufgeregt- hatte ich doch schon oft mit Arbeitern meine "liebe Not" - Fingertappen auf der Tapete, Kratzer im Laminatboden, Dreck nach der Arbeit und, und, und... Doch die waren topp! Großes Kompliment: Pünktlich, freundlich, kompetent und ordentlich. Im Nu waren die Rollos montiert und kaum Spuren hinterlassend, waren sie auch schon wieder weg! Die Damen im Geschäft, zuständig für die Abwicklung der Formalitäten, waren nett, zuvorkommend und verlässlich. Ein Geschäft, das man gerne weiterempfiehlt! ? ...und da schon der erste Hitzetag in diesem Jahr war, hatte ich das erste Mal eine angenehme, kühle Temperatur in der Wohnung. ? Rollomax, May 11, 2021 My outside blinds were installed on Monday. I was really excited beforehand - I often had my "dear need" with workers - finger tapping on the wallpaper, scratches in the laminate floor, dirt after work and, and, and ... But they were great! Big compliment: on time, friendly, competent and tidy. In no time the blinds were installed and leaving hardly any traces, they were gone again! The ladies in the shop, responsible for handling the formalities, were nice, courteous and reliable. A business that people gladly recommend! ? ... and since it was the first hot day of the year, I had a pleasant, cool temperature in the apartment for the first time. ?
S	S. Sch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher Service, Unzuverlässig. Man hatte einen Termin zwischen 10 und 11h ausgemacht - Techniker ist nicht erschienen und wurde von Kollegen aus nicht erreicht. Das man scheinbar so gut gebucht ist, dass man keine neuen Kunden in Zeiten wie diesen braucht - Hut ab! Gut, dass es solide und verlässliche anderen Firmen gibt, die einen servicieren WOLLEN! Rude service, unreliable. An appointment was made between 10 am and 11 am - the technician did not show up and colleagues could not be reached. That you are apparently so well booked that you don't need any new customers in times like these - hats off! It's good that there are solid and reliable other companies that WANT to serve you!

Ich bin 100%ig zufrieden mit meinen Fenster und Innenrollos und werde die Fa. auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen. Spitzenmäßige Arbeit vom feinsten. Kudos to Rollomax, everything worked absolutely perfectly, from the consultation to the assembly. I am 100% satisfied with my windows and interior blinds and will definitely recommend the company to others. Top-notch work at its finest.

Ich wollte Innenrollos anfertigen lassen und es war sogar jemand kostenlos vor Ort um die Maße zu bestimmen. Jetzt laufe ich schon seit mehr als 2 Wochen einem Kostenvoranschlag hinterher und selbst nach mehreren Mails und Telefonaten ist man einfach nicht in der Lage eine(!) simple Rückmeldung zu geben - es kommt einfach nichts. Wollen offenbar kein Geld verdienen - ich suche einen anderen Anbieter. I can confirm the impression that they obviously do not consider normal customer service to be necessary. I wanted to have interior blinds made and there was even someone on site free of charge to determine the dimensions. Now I've been chasing a cost estimate for more than 2 weeks and even after several emails and phone calls you are simply not able to give a (!) Simple feedback - nothing comes of it. Apparently they don't want to earn any money - I'm looking for another provider.

Die anschließende Montage war dann ebenfalls perfekt. Die Monteure arbeiteten sauber und waren zudem äußerst freundlich. Kann diese Firma absolut empfehlen! The advice is professional and friendly. The discussed schedule for the installation of the insect screen was followed exactly. The assembly that followed was also perfect. The fitters worked cleanly and were also extremely friendly.
