Sehr gute Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich vor der Haustür. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Absolut zu empfehlen!!! Very great, large and clean apartment with a beautiful terrace. Everything you need is there. Very good location, public transport on the doorstep. Very nice and helpful landlord. Highly recommended!
B	Barbara Pichlkastner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht, es war wunderbar und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben die schnellen Anbindungen an die kulturellen Zentren Wiens so richtig genossen! Hinaus aus der Wohnung - direkt in die Straßenbahn - aussteigen auf der Ringstraße - herrlich!!! Da wir ja schon der Weg zum Ziel! Alles was wir brauchten, wie Lebensmittel, oder aber auch einmal warme schmackhafte Küche, haben wir gleich ums Eck` in den umliegenden Geschäften und Lokalen gefunden, obwohl wir uns auch hin und wieder selbst versorgt haben, was wiederum bei der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche keine Kunst ist :-) Auch die U-Bahnstation, die auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses liegt haben wir genutzt, und die Schnellbahn in der Traisengasse ist uns bereits sehr vertraut geworden, wenn wir machmal auch weitere Ziele anvisiert haben. Es ist alles so einfach und schnell zu erreichen! Die Wohnung selbst ist "klein, aber fein"! Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten und konnten uns jederzeit und mit jeder Frage an den Vermieter richten. "Danke Alex, dass du uns so schöne Tage hier in Wien ermöglicht hast!" Eines ist sicher: Wir werden bald wiederkommen, uns wieder einmal "Wien hineinziehn" und auf dem kuscheligen ruhigen Balkon auf den malerischen Innenhof hinunterschauen und hier - nach einem interessanten, informativen, aber anstrengenden Tag - den Abend in Ruhe bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen! Johanna und Siegfried Bis bald - bei euch in Wien! We spent a week vacation in this apartment, it was wonderful and we didn't miss anything! We really enjoyed the quick connections to the cultural centers of Vienna! Out of the apartment - directly into the tram - get off on the ring road - wonderful !!! Since we are already the way to the goal! We found everything we needed, such as groceries, but also warm tasty cuisine just around the corner in the surrounding shops and restaurants, although we also took care of ourselves from time to time, which in turn did not do for the very well-equipped kitchen Art is :-) We also used the subway station, which is on the opposite side of the house, and we have already become very familiar with the express train in Traisengasse when we have also targeted other destinations. Everything is so easy and quick to reach! The apartment itself is "small but nice"! We found everything we needed and were able to address the owner at any time and with any question. "Thank you Alex for allowing us to have such wonderful days here in Vienna!" One thing is certain: we will come back soon, "pull Vienna back in" and look down on the cozy, quiet balcony on the picturesque inner courtyard, and after an interesting, informative but exhausting day, let the evening fade away with a glass of wine ! Everything was very clean and public transportation to the attractions of Vienna is close. The balcony was really nice. The owner is eager to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay here.
