★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartement est vraiment bien, mais le bruit infernal des habitants du haut durant la soirée et la nuit à été vraiment désolant. En espérant que ce n'étaient que des touristes de passage. Il devrait à oir au moins un couvre-feu.
 The apartment is really nice, but the infernal noise of the locals from the top during the evening and the night was really desolate. Hoping that they were just passing tourists. He should have at least a curfew.

1. In one of the bedrooms the lights aren't working and there is no remote control for the tv
2. The floor is in such a bad condition you hear every step from everyone walking around the house
3. The doors from the bedrooms don't close properly !!!
4. One bathroom for 6 people, nice one.
5. One of the bedrooms only has a bed in it, nothing else would fit anywhere around it.
6. The matrices are very very soft so expect a nice morning with a bad back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken handle in the bathtub, hot water functions with the boiler thus basically only functions a little, the pan was completely burnt so we couldn't use it, there was a towel hidden. Dishwasher was full upon our arrival.. I had a feeling that cleaning personnel didn't clean after previous guests.. Lots of noise around, notably coming from the mentionned boiler. My daughter had difficulties to sleep. No parking.
The flat is very stylish. Very well situated. Tijana, our contact, is a wonderful person. She speaks very good English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed as a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 4th floor. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful . The place have only 1 toilet and separate from 1 shower and 1 bath, so it does get somewhat chaotic. Very roomy. AC did cool down. There is a good size elevator. Good washer. Large kitchen. Amenities were good. Close walking distance to many great food places and gelato. Our favorite was Gelato Castello. There is a close by indoor swimming for kids, Dianabad, walking distance. Uber was very easy to catch. We did not use public transportation at all for the trip (2nd time in Vienna). Will stay here again next time.
