Das ist kein Umgang mit der Kundschaft. Diese inkompetente unfreundliche Filiale sieht mich nie wieder. Here it seems irrelevant when you came to the store. Bei Cent Münzen egal, aber das passiert auch bei Euro Münzen. Sowas darf bei einer seriösen Bank nicht sein! Finde das echt schlimm. Verstehe nicht was sich die Bank Austria bei diesem Konzept überlegt hat. Die Kunden, die dort anstehen, beschweren sich jedes mal wie auch ich. Keine Verbesserung in Sicht. Traurig. This bank branch has only one counter that is operated. You really wait too long to get it. Nobody interested there either. Find that really bad. Do not understand what Bank Austria has considered for this concept. The customers queuing there complain like me every time. No improvement in sight. Sad.
F	Fabio Stadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Alt-modische Variante mit Überweisung nicht möglich, da keine Einzahlungsscheine im 1zigen Fach war, wenn man einen Tisch für Überweisungen anfertigt sollte es mehr Fächer geben, wo die Überweisungsscheine vorhanden sind, ein kleiner Tipp ?, stellt einen Stehtisch am Ende des Foyer her, kurz nach der Verglasung des Hauptraumes und legt dort Überweisungsscheine und Kugelschreiber (aber nur mit Schnur) hin, da sich gestern 2 Leute + meine Wenigkeit, sich aufgeregt haben und es unmöglich sei, nichts vorzufinden,gebe keinen die Schuld, sondern nur Feedback, dass man Kunden glücklicher machen kann, wenn man so einen Vorfall vermeiden kann Danke im Voraus LG ein Alt-modischer, dennoch treuer Kunde ??
