A	Andy Radulescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly personal, who don't want to speak english although clearly they know it very well. Had to ask people around to translate for me. Only after that, the receptionist switched to english and started speaking in an aggressive style.
J	John Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To exchange your driving licence you can get an appointment for the same day if you show up in person before 8AM. For a UK licence they promised 3-4 weeks processing time. They don't take your licence away but it is no longer valid in Austria after 6 months. They don't send it via post, you have to get back to the office when they tell you it's ready. There are toilets, a photo booth and copy machine available, should you need them.
L	Laur Hulpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst organization ever for a municipality service. The appointments come on email after 2 months from the first email. But you can also call them and they say come at 8.00 and you can get a number for that day. Than you come at 7.40 and there are 50 people in line, waiting for the same number. After they give you the number, they also write an hour on that paper and they tell you to wait outside. If you take that hour for granted, you will than miss the appointment. But to get inside again, you have to pass all the people that are in line again. And finally, after you manage to get in, the employees treat you very rude.

Although we didn’t have an appointment(which is if we made one on the phone, would have been for 2 weeks later), they made one for us on site for 2 h later on the same day. After we came back, they called us right on time with little, if any waiting. Processed our documents fast. The whole procedure took not more than 20 min. for us both. Unfortunately though, there was no express option for exchanging of foreign driving license.

Thank you for a most pleasant experience Telephonic enquiry was informative and very helpful, although a slight wait for connection Personnel were helpful, fast and my application /submission for South African Führerschein, whilst a 4 week delay min until completion, was unbelievably simple. I even met an awesome American lady, new friend, also applying for the AUSTAUSCH--- as it´s called!
