★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nicht's unangenehmes sagen, bei der Info. war der Hr. nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und es ging schnell alles in allem 20 Minuten, da kann man nicht meckern. Am Schalter war die Dame neutral das auch in Ordnung war. 6*hätte es für ein gratis Eis (Scherz) gegeben?
I can't say anything unpleasant about the info. was the Mr. nice, friendly, helpful and it went quickly all in all 20 minutes, you can't complain about that. At the counter, the lady was neutral that was okay too. 6 * would have been given for a free ice cream (joke)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin um 8 Uhr in der Früh. Vor der Türe ca eine 100 Meter lange Schlange. Der Amtsarzt war um 08:30 noch immer nicht anwesend. Jene Person die diese Termine vergibt sollte dringend eine Schulung bekommen! Den Rekord für eine möglichst sinnlose Zeiteinteilung bei der man möglichst lange wartet hat er wohl gebrochen. Welcome in Austria ! Einfach traurig.
Appointment at 8 o'clock in the morning. There was a queue about 100 meters long in front of the door. The medical officer was still not present at 08:30. The person who makes these appointments should urgently receive training! He probably broke the record for the most senseless time management in which you wait as long as possible. Welcome to Austria! Just sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People at the first counter at the entrance do not speak english but, they will give you a number and guide you to the correct way. Personnel at room one are really friendly and helpful and also they speak english. If you are going there for exchanging your driver's license, it will take around 2 hours. Thanks for their high quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright if you have all the documents with you. Personel at Room 1 speak English and are helpful, while the Information Kassa is rude and annoying if you don't speak German. You don't need an appointment through the phone since it's pointless. Just go there, ask for information and get your stuff done.
