Die Damen die dort arbeiten sind total unhöflich und arrogant und obwohl hier und auf ihrer Homepage steht dass sie Donnerstags ab 13 Uhr geöffnet haben haben sie uns nicht hinein gelassen, meinten dann auch nur dass wir lesen lernen sollten weil auf der Tür 15:30 steht und dann haben sie uns sehr unfreundlich gebeten zu gehen. Frechheit!! Impudence! The ladies working there are totally rude and arrogant and although here and on their homepage it says that they opened on Thursdays from 13 o'clock they did not let us in, then only meant that we should learn to read because the door is 15:30 and then they asked us very rudely to leave. Impudence !!
P	Piru Vienna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 6 Jahren bei der MA40 wurde mir 1x MAL geholfen und 1x wurde mir die Polizei gerufen weil ich Hunger hatte... :( was ist das für ein Land bitte indem ich lebe das ist ja schlimmer als im Kosovo.~ After 6 years at the MA40, I was helped once and once I was called to the police because I was hungry ... :( What is this for a country please by living that is worse than in Kosovo. ~
v	vsop VIE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin nach einem Unfall an die MA 40 abgeschoben worden. Wurde immer von allen Sachbearbeitern nett, höflich u. hilfreich behandelt. Wunder mich eigentlich über die Bewertung von Personen, die dem Namen nach anscheinend noch jung genug zum Arbeiten wären, oder einfach nur abkassieren wollen. Ich bin in 4. Generation Wienerin, meine Vorfahren haben in diesem Land schon genug Steuern bezahlt, um jetzt als 80% Invalide unterstützt zu werden, weil ich nicht genug Versicherungsjahre für eine Pension habe. Also liebe Leute, 5 Minuten Luft anhalten und DANKE sagen, an unser ach so soziales Land, in dem jeden Monat moralisch ungerechtfertigt Millionen verschenkt werden ! Ich möchte nicht einen Tag in einem Büro 8 Stunden ARBEITEN müssen, während ununterbrochen Leute kommen und einfach Mindestsicherung, nebst Mietzins- u. Kinderbeihilfe fordern...... Dementsprechend wünsche ich den MA 40 Beamten jeden Tag einen schönen Tag! I was deported to the MA 40 after an accident. Was always of all clerks nice, polite u. helpfully treated. I'm actually wondering about the rating of people who seem to be young enough to work, or just want to cash out. I am a 4th generation Viennese, my ancestors have already paid enough taxes in this country to be now 80% disabled, because I do not have enough insurance years for a pension. So dear people, hold your breath for 5 minutes and say THANK YOU to our oh-so-social country, where millions are given away morally unjustifiably millions every month! I do not want to have to work 8 hours a day in an office while people are constantly coming to me and I am looking for a minimum income, besides renting. Ask for child allowance ...... Accordingly, I wish the MA 40 officials every day a nice day!
K	Kris Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine Riesenschande dieses Amt. Unhöflich und wollen gar nicht helfen. Hat sich den Namen Sozial absolut nicht verdient. Sollten sich eher umbenennen in Asozial Amt. Wollen nicht helfen. Machen nur das ,zu was sie gesetzlich verpflichtet sind, sonst nichts. Eine Frechheit. It is a great shame for this office. Rude and don't want to help. Has absolutely not earned the name social. Should rather rename themselves to anti-social office. Don't want to help. Do only what you are legally obliged to do nothing else. An impudence.
M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird nicht versucht zu helfen sonder mit gegenseitigem Geflüster versucht einen auszuspielen. Nach 8 Wochen warten und ständigem anrufen und fragen was mit dem Antrag los ist, abgewiesen worden. Geld wird nicht erstattet. Muss einen neuen Antrag stellen. Schuld ist niemand. Es ist immer jemand anderer. Mit den Informationen am Servicetelefon haben sie nichts zu tun. Unverantwortlich diese Menschen. Here is not trying to help but with mutual whispers trying to play one out. After 8 weeks wait and call constantly and ask what's going on with the application, has been dismissed. Money will not be refunded. Must make a new application. Guilt is nobody. It is always someone else. They have nothing to do with the information on the service telephone. Irresponsible these people.
S	Sandra Frosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es toll wie die Leute sich hier beschweren. Schreiben selbst, dass sie seit 6 Jahren unterstützt werden, weil Sie offensichtlich keine Abeit "finden". Und beschweren sich über die bearbeitungszeiten. Und das es Ihnen zustünde. Als würden die Steuern einbezahlt haben. Ich habe nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Mietbeihilfe Team für Pensionsbezieherinnen. Meine Mutter wurde freundlich unterstützt. I think it's great how people complain here. Write yourself that you have been supported for 6 years because you obviously don't "find" a job. And complain about the turnaround times. And that you owe it. As if the taxes were paid. I have only had good experiences with the rent allowance team for pension recipients. My mother was kindly supported.
D	Diner TM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bald 8 Wochen ohne Bescheid, keine Auskunft möglich, man wisse nicht wo das Problem ist. Referentin ruft 2 Wochen angeblich an (nachweislich kein einziger Anruf an meiner Nummer eingegangen, auch nicht an einer alternativen Nummer). Es ist fast dreist wie mit Menschen umgegangen wird, die aufgrund der Corona Pandemie ihren Job verloren haben. Habe mit 1.6 Gott sei dank wieder eine Festanstellung, aber verhungern könnte ich laut der MA40 gerne. Ich Frage mich wieso wir überhaupt steuern zahlen wenn auf Menschen gespuckt wird, die dieses ,,Service" das erste mal im Leben nutzen? (23J arbeite seit ich 14 1/2 bin -Lehre danach festanstellung). Soon 8 weeks without notice, no information possible, you don't know where the problem is. The speaker allegedly calls for 2 weeks (verifiably not a single call was received on my number, not even on an alternative number). It is almost bold how people are treated who have lost their jobs due to the corona pandemic. At 1.6, thank God I have a permanent position again, but according to the MA40, I could starve to death. I wonder why we pay taxes at all when people are spat on who use this "service" for the first time in their lives? (23 years have been working since I was 14 1/2 - apprenticeship afterwards permanent employment).
