V	Vienna Calling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte zuerst einen Makler von Remax da der eine absurd niedrige Immobilienbewertung vornahm (wahrscheinlich um keinen Aufwand mit dem Verkauf zu haben). Dann habe ich auf Empfehlung Kontakt mit Planet Home aufgenommen. Herr Lukes war so wie ich mir einen perfekten Makler vorstelle. Die Maklergebühr zahle ich gerne für diese Leistung! Was ich so mitbekommen habe war es für den Käufer auch ein perfekter Service. Meine Immobilie war innerhalb von 10 Tagen zu einem fairen Preis verkauft. Die gesamte Abwicklung (ich wollte nichts damit zu tun haben) hat Herr Lukes übernommen. Außer der Unterschrift beim Notar habe ich nichts selbst gemacht. Ein Traum! I first had a Remax realtor because he was doing an absurdly low property valuation (probably to avoid the hassle of selling it). Then I contacted Planet Home on recommendation. Mr. Lukes was like I imagine a perfect broker. I am happy to pay the brokerage fee for this service! What I noticed was perfect service for the buyer. My property was sold at a fair price within 10 days. The entire process (I didn't want to have anything to do with it) was taken over by Mr. Lukes. Apart from the signature at the notary, I didn't do anything myself. A dream!
