M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Taxi war pünktlich Negativ: -)Der Fahrer war total übermüdet und schlief während der Fahrt fast ein! -)Mussten unsere Koffer selber einpacken, der Fahrer ist nicht mal ausgestiegen, genau so beim Aussteigen! -)In einer 100er Zone mit 140km/h gefahren! Wird auf jeden Fall nie wieder benützt und ist abzuraten! Positive: taxi was on time Negative: -) The driver was totally tired and almost fell asleep while driving! -) Had to pack our bags ourselves, the driver didn't even get out, just like when getting out! -) Driving in a 100 zone at 140km / h! Will definitely never be used again and is not recommended!

En una ocasion anterior llegó atrasado. No se los recomiendo. On August 17, 2021, I hired the services for the airport and they never appeared. I tried to communicate and they never answered. On a previous occasion he was late. I do not recommend it.

J	Julia Brockley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE! Very unprofessional company. Fist car didn't show. Hotline advised to wait as they would send another which after 30 min also didn't show. Then hotline became unreachable. If at least they had admitted their mistake and I could have gotten on with getting alternative transport. But to leave me hanging despite having a flight to catch is unforgivable.

After that they told us that their big cars are damaged and in service, but it really seemed that it got reebooked as our flight was delayed. Got two smaller cars with bearly enough space to fit all of us including our luggage. Also needed to wait for about 20 min for them to show up, as they are not using the dedicated taxi area but the arrival parking spots. They obviously want to save parking fees at the airport. Really cannot recommend this service. Better use another one...

We found another taxi , but if we were waiting for him we would probably loose our flight. Terrible service. Moreover, the security system of your online bookings needs improvement because the other taxi driver that shown up said that was informed to come and pick us. But how could this driver known about the exact time and place of our departure , if you haven't let him know that ? There was no protection of our personal data

Fortunately I didn't need it. The taxi I ordered with Alfa Taxi was waiting for me, 5 minutes before the scheduled time and took me to the airport with no problems.
