Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich. Die Anmietung immer unkomplziert und zumeist schnell erledigt. Auch während Lockdown und Kurzarbeit immer verlässlich und Öffnungszeiten werden eingehalten. After many years of experience with car rental companies, I would like to express my compliments to Thrifty car rental in Simmering. The staff are always friendly. The rental is always uncomplicated and usually done quickly. Always reliable during lockdown and short-time work and opening times are adhered to.

Ich hatte das Glück ein wunderbares Upgrade zu erhalten, welches meine Reise um ein Vielfaches bequemer gemacht hat. Das Auto war steril sauber, kein fleck oder Staub zu finden. Desinfiziert werden auch alle Autos, daher auch während Corona kein Thema. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Good service concept and courteous staff. Mr. Despite short-time work and Corona, Wolf offered a polite, professional service. I was fortunate enough to receive a wonderful upgrade that made my trip a lot more comfortable. The car was sterile clean, no stain or dust to be found. All cars are also disinfected, so not an issue during Corona. I was very pleased.

Dieser Standort ist mit Abstand der freundlichste und beste Autoverleih in Wien. Ausdrücklich möchte ich hier den sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Herrn Harald Wolf erwähnen, der wirklich versucht alle Kundenwünsche bestmöglich zu erfüllen. Es wird sehr transparent und kundenorientiert gearbeitet. Die Autos sind in perfektem Zustand, immer sauber und sogar desinfiziert. Nochmals vielen DANK für die Unterstützung bei der Buchung durch Herrn Wolf. Als Unternehmer spreche ich aus Erfahrung und kann daher behaupten, dass es nicht immer selbstverständlich ist, dass Mitarbeiter wie Herr Wolf eine Kundenberatung dieser Art anbieten. Vielen Dank und weiter so........ After numerous car rentals and comparison options, I would like to submit a review here, although I very rarely write such reviews. This location is by far the friendliest and best car rental company in Vienna. I would like to expressly mention the very competent and friendly Mr. Harald Wolf, who really tries to fulfill all customer requests as best as possible. The work is very transparent and customer-oriented. The cars are in perfect condition, always clean and even disinfected. Many thanks again for the support with the booking by Mr. Wolf. As an entrepreneur, I speak from experience and can therefore claim that it is not always a matter of course that employees like Mr. Wolf offer customer advice of this kind. Thanks and keep it up........

M	Markus Spatzierer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite rental place in Vienna! Very friendly staff and station manager, cars always in top condition, never too busy so hardly any waiting times. Never had any problems, I am renting there regularly. Location is not right in the city center but in my case right next to the same tram that goes by my place so also no issue (S-Bahn within 5min walking distance, trams 71 and 18 nearby as well). Right next to highway A22 and 5min to A4 so you are quickly out of town.
