Get a car with full insurance coverage and you don’t need to worry about scratches and other minor issues that could happen out of your control. The cars are well-maintained, clean and with low mileage.
C	Changizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you sign a contract with them. They offered a cheaper price online, but charged more later when picking the car. I did not get the car I wanted (asked for an automatic), also they charged me extra for passing the border to Slovakia. It is schengen area, why they charge such fee? I definately will not rent from them anymore.

We wanted to take the car 1 hours and a half before and we had to pay 20€, it is a realy steal, and the woman ( blonde hair) who assit us was unfriendly. Bad experience. Becareful At least, when we gave back the car other employer, a young woman was very nice. Becareful with their rates and the small letter
I	Ines Zeferino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to rent a car and I search for it on a website and an advertisement for this company was there, informing me that they had cars available for the day. I needed the car for that day, so I called for their office and talked with a lady who told me that they had cars available for that moment and that I just needed to get there before they closed (at midday). During the phone call, I even asked her if it was better to do the reservation on the website and she told me that if I was able to come before they close, it would be quicker. I paid an uber to get there as soon as possible because I had less than an hour. When I got there, I explained the call and everything and an employee said "sorry, we aren't renting cars without reservation. They gave you the wrong information on the call". Very bad service!!!
E	Erez Geva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Not Use Buchbinder Vienna for Car Rental - I rent a car that was given to me with a terrible smell of cigarettes. At the check in they offered me an automatic car not manual as I ordered, eventually they charge 90 euro for it. When I returned the car they search deeply for damages and because they can't found anything they started to examine the inside of the car. Eventually they decided that it needed a deep cleaning and charge me 120 euro for it. They also offer a service at the check in that offer you to return the car without filling the gasoline tank,they said they will charge according to the litter. Eventually they charge me for 80 euro without any connection to the litter of gasoline that they were putting. Don't rent from them.

I've ordered a car after talking with the branch via phone and I was told that my category only has a specific car. After getting to the station I signed the contract and received the car (which was much lower trim level then advertised), then I came back for a question about a broken part, and I was shocked to see the signed contract taken away from me, while the operator explained that they accidentally gave me an automatic car instead of a manual one. Unfortunately, the only manual one they had was a different car from a much cheaper and worse model. When I told the operator he can't do that because we already have a contract signed for this specific vehicle, he looked at me and said "this? I can just tear it up right now"
N	Nathan Kucko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst car rental agency I have ever used. I rented a 9 passenger ford transit for 4 days and the air conditioning did not work. I notified them and since it was the weekend they said they cannot service the vehicle until Monday, but we needed to travel that day. When we returned the vehicle we again mentioned the problem of the air conditioning and instead of offering us a partial refund they decided to try and charge us 80 euro for a scratch on one of the plastic hub caps (see pic) which was already there. The person inspecting the vehicle claimed it wasn’t there when he first Inspected the car, but he wasn’t the same person as his signature was clearly not the same as the one from before. All I can say is that they lied to us and provided some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I would avoid the hassle of renting from this company.
