★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggio un'utilitaria tramite Rentalcars. Arrivo in questo punto consegna dove un'impiegata freddamente mi comunica che non c'è nessun noleggio a mio nome. No spiegazioni. No tentativi di risolvere il problema. Avanti il prossimo. Chiamo Rentalcars. Immediatamente mi passano una ragazza gentilissima che parla italiano e si fa in 4 per aiutarmi. La fredda impiegata di internet le concede udienza telefonica solo tra una consegna e l'altra senza collaborare minimamente. Più di un'ora al telefono. Quasi sempre in attesa dei comodi della signorina Interrent. Vado via 2 ore dopo sotto la pioggia, con i bambini oramai esausti. A PIEDI!!! Un errore ci può stare. La scortesia no.
 Hire a small car through Rentalcars. I arrive at this delivery point where a cold employee informs me that there is no rental on my behalf. No explanations. No attempts to solve the problem. Next. I call Rentalcars. Immediately they pass me a very kind girl who speaks Italian and does 4 to help me. The cold internet employee gives her a telephone hearing only between one delivery and another without any cooperation. More than an hour on the phone. Almost always awaiting the comfort of Miss Interrent. I leave 2 hours later in the rain, with children now exhausted. ON FOOT!!! An error can be there. Rudeness no.
