My initial communication with Denis was via email.
Denis was very much cooperative and helpful
When I came to pickup my motorcycle, I found well maintained motorcycle and good looking with 7,000 km only... Brand new.
Denis gave me several tips regarding my planned route and it surly gave me additional perspective from a local guy.
My trip was Great and motorcycle retreval was efficeint and quick.
Thank you Denis and Hertz ride Vienna should thank you as well... Because I allready plan my next motorcycle trip with hertz ride again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was seamless. As simple as a rental car. The bike was brand spanking new and had sporty features like automatically adjustable suspension. Rented a BMW 750. Panniers were expandable. Roads were incredible once you get out of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to rent a bike on a Sunday and had no problem with the reservation. Had it for 24 hours which allowed for a very comfortable excursion outside of Vienna.
About the bike, there is not much to be said, BMW less than a year old completely new man what an experience.
I will definitely choose them again, thank you for the 5 star service.

Althogh the unstable situation due to Covid19 i felt like the will assist with any imidiat chang free of churg. What the promised and published is ehat i got. Reliable and helpfull. I hily recommend. I had marvelous experianc that I want to repeat.. 10 days with newly maintained amazing bike.
