The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna - Schubertring 5-7

Had a splendid time at the Ritz during our extended weekend stay. Facilites, staff friendliness and all around experience was top notch and can recommand this hotel. The spa is nice and sufficient with the 18 meters pool - ideal for some quick rounds before relaxing at the pool side.

Good evening Mr. Jurgen Ammerstorfer & Mrs. Judit Sipos, I would like to take a moment of your time to express our utmost gratitude regarding the staff at your amazing hotel. We had the distinct pleasure of staying at your hotel from March 3rd thru March 11th. Aside from every incredible feature and state of the art luxurious amenities, they all pale in comparison to the "over the top" service. I am going to try and name, and somehow spell correctly, some of the wonderful folks. I am sure I am going to miss some special people as well. But it all started when we arrived with Norman and Victor, both very friendly and very considerate, but not in an imposing way. This was extended everytime we left and returned to the hotel. The staff in Pastamara. Davide who made us feel very welcoming and accommodating with a tasting of what I consider the world's best olive oil and the countless chocolate and raspberry tartes we consumed. My wife even commented that it was the best thing she has ever eaten. Francesco, our very cool and gracious waiter. Made me feel like I was his brother. And Rosi, with a smile as big as Sicily, she took the time to bubble wrap 4 bottles of your best olive oil for me to bring home. Then what I consider the best A team in the restaurant world. Lead by your most charismatic, friendly, funny, thoughtful, Georgi. We are also in the business as we own a boutique catering company in Florida, and we have that ability to identify special people in our industry. And I can say without reservation that Georgi is priceless. He made arrangements to bring in special arugula for me every morning. He quickly memorized our every food preference. And he surprised us with a parting gift that touched us beyond words. And if I could clone someone and have an army of Georgi's, I would not have a worry in the world. That goes the same for Alexandra. She greeted us everyday with the best cup of coffee in all of Vienna along with anticipating our every need, even before we knew what we wanted. The same for Amjet, Simon,Ellen, Andrej, Adam, (who we wish good luck at his new job). This also extends to your housekeeping department. There really are no words in English or German that could do justice to the attention of detail we experienced. Wash cloth with all our toiletries, phone charger cords wrapped up in a bow, chocolates and fresh water at each bed stand, and on and on...

An incredible hotel with luxurious rooms that have every detail taken care of. The staff exude exceptional customer service. The pool/spa area is heavenly.

What an incredible hotel conveniently located walking distance to the main Cathedral and so much more! The rooms are decorated beautifully and are HUGE for even American standards. The staff at the front desk could not have been any nicer and the housekeeping staff was fast, efficient and super friendly with my random requests. We will definitely plan a trip back here just to stay at this wonderful hotel!

We went to Vienna for a weekend escape in the end of January. We have chosen to Stay in The Ritz Carlton, and we loved it from very beginning. We travel with out 1,5year old child and we need convenience. Our Airport pickup was smooth. The hotel is located just in the city centre, so you don't need to rent a car if you are planning on exploring the city. The room we had was exceptional, and the hotel team organised for our child ''in room safari'', which was amazing, and he loved it so much. During our stay we had booked Spa Suite which was very great idea to relax after the day of exploring. Really recommend! All the stuff was so knowledgable and helpful, and that makes us want to always stay in Ritz Carlton hotels. Our son had so much fun in the hotel that he will definitely remember this stay. We had many toys in our room for him to play while we had a chance to relax and enjoy Austrian cakes and coffee! To summarise ... WE WILL BE BACK ! :)

I had such a wonderful time in Vienna and the highlight was this hotel. Not only were the rooms comfortable, the service was excellent. The manager in the morning for breakfast at Distrckt, Oliver at the front desk, and Nadja from guest service really made my stay unforgettable. As a female solo traveler to Vienna, the hotel was safe and the staff was really accommodating. I was celebrating my birthday and the guest services team sent up a gift and champagne for my birthday! Also each staff member wished me a happy birthday when they saw me. It really made my trip that much more special. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the UBahn (underground train station) and 2 blocks away from the trolley. You can walk to almost all sights you want to see and it is safe to walk at night. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel with wonderful service, this is the one.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 wonderful nights. The hotel is very nice, the room was spacious, with a lot of space to put the clothes, belongings and bathroom accessories. The bed was very comfortable and pampering with comfortable white linens. The room was bright, not like dark rooms in many other hotels, and had large mirrors, another detail that is not always found in a hotel. The hotel has a 24-hour gym, which was excellent for us. The spa complex also has a wonderful, large pool, very fun for swimming and has a jacuzzi that relaxes the muscles after a full day of hiking. It was a real treat. The breakfasts at the hotel were wonderfully delicious and very varied and generous. Speaking of food, the restaurant has a meat restaurant that we visited one evening for a perfect meat meal. no less. But above all, there was the staff. Everyone was smiling, ready to help in anything and everything, or rather going out of their way to help. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we were also especially pampered, but in any case this is an amazing team that gave us a great feeling and made our vacation perfect. When I return to Vienna, it is very clear to me which hotel I will choose .... Highly recommended.

My family and myself had a great stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, Austria, Staff were very friendly & helpful, the hotel location is amazing, it’s a small walk to all the attractions, we took a standard room , room is quiet, air conditioning works very well, room was spacious ,hotel is very clean, beautiful rooftop, children friendly, we had a lovely stay ,would definitely return. Highly recommended!?
