Why not 5 stars? 1) room is priced as normal luxury room but has no privacy for shower and the sink is in the room like studio 2) gym is anemic: no proper machine or weights/tiny 3) pool is tiny However balcony is great and the two restaurants are run like pros and staff is top notch

The staff is friendly and helpful but I have to mention Robert personally, who went out of his way to help my son in the middle of the night!! I will be staying in this hotel everytime I come to Vienna!! Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!
R	Rogier van der Peijl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. The bar and restaurant on the top floor give a very good view of the city. Friendly staff and all English speaking. It is in the middle of the city the Opera House is a 5 minute walk.
P	Pallab Basu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is nice and location is perfect. But the rooms were really small with no closet. Friendly staff. Little overpriced for my liking. But the rooftop restaurant and the restaurant at the Hotel was awesome. Great schnitzel and wine.
M	Mirella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great air conditioned room with a very comfortable bed, beautiful breakfast, super location. The restaurant downstairs is also good. This is a boutique hotel, so not a Ritz level 5 star stay, but very nice for what it is. The customer service staff are all very young, with some seeming a bit new to hospitality. Very friendly but we got a bad recommendation from the front desk to a chain restaurant and sometimes the service on the rooftop was a bit chaotic. But these are small details as overall our group was very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend and return there myself.

All our rooms had double beds, were extremely small and the shower was within the bedroom. While the staff accommodated our request to move rooms, we did not receive the service we expected. The rooms are not suitable for anyone other than a single person or couple. The rooftop bar, pool and views were incredible and the location is excellent. The staff and quality of the food at breakfast was also of a high quality. However, this was not a 5 star experience and very overpriced.
