S	Siegfried Lipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat eigentlich KEINEN Stern verdient! Musste zu einem Konzert von Reinhard Mei und die Parkplatzsituatio zwang mich, nach mehreren Runden, die Garage zu benutzen. Ich bin Querschnittgelähmt und kann mich daher nur im Rollstuhl fortbewegen. EinParkplatz wo ich sichergehen konnte wieder die Türe öffnen und einsteigen zu können hab ich nicht gesehen. Aufzug kaputt!!! KEIN Hinweis darauf! Einälteres Ehepaar hat mir erklärt ist ständig kaputt. Im Raum beim Schranken natürlich niemand. Musste warten bis mir jemand die steile Einfahrtsrampe hochhalf. Beim zurückkommen durfte ich 16,00 Euro bezahlen und mit einer abenteuerlichen Abfahrt die Rampe runter. Einsteigen isn Auto natürlich nicht möglich - wiedr jeman bitten das Auto auszuparken. Zusammenfassend: null Service, kein Ansprechperson und gesalzene Preise! Bravo. Doesn't really deserve a star! Had to go to a concert by Reinhard Mei and the parking situation forced me to use the garage after several laps. I am paraplegic and can only move in a wheelchair. I didn't see a parking lot where I could be sure to open the door and get in again. Elevator broken !!! NO hint! An elderly couple explained to me that it is always broken. Nobody in the room when barriers, of course. Had to wait until someone helped me up the steep entrance ramp. On returning I was allowed to pay 16.00 euros and down the ramp with an adventurous descent. Getting in the car is of course not possible - ask someone to park the car. In summary: zero service, no contact person and salted prices! Bravo.
G	Giovanni Teodonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage riferimento di Europcar , a differenza del personale degli uffici sono cordiale e gentili, e soprattutto parlano inglese intellegibile.Ho dimenticato alla riconsegna della vettura occhiali nel bauletto,sono passato da loro ma la vettura era stata gia' noleggiata,lasciato numero di telefono e mi hanno richiamato per avvisarmi che gli occhiali era stati recuperati. Europcar garage reference, unlike the office staff, they are friendly and polite, and above all they speak intelligible English.I forgot glasses in the trunk when I returned the car, I went to them but the car had already been rented, left my phone number and they called me back to inform me that the glasses had been recovered.
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teilweise sehr enge Stellplätze; durch die in der Mitte versetzten Stellplätze lassen sich die Autotüren meist noch halbwegs vernünftig öffnen. Auf- und Abfahrt eher eng, aber ok. Scheinbar viele Fixparker mit Diplomatenkennzeichen, aber wir haben problemlos am Freitag Abend einen Platz bekommen, allerdings war nicht mehr viel frei. Sehr hell, gut beleuchtet. Preislich nicht unüblich für die Gegend, aber natürlich nicht gerade billig. Partly very narrow pitches; through the staggered parking spaces in the middle of the car doors can usually still reasonably open. Up and down rather tight, but ok. Apparently many fixed parkers with diplomatic plates, but we got a seat on Friday evening without any problems, but not much was free. Very bright, well lit. Price not unusual for the area, but of course not exactly cheap.

R	Ramy Aly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Parked here for 9h and was charged 38,70€. Too expensive, for what? The parking garage is nice inside and spaces are good and plenty between cars. But one star ⭐️ is given due to the very high price. Not parking here ever again. Which I could I get a compensation for this. Definitely not recommended.
