J	Juan Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are big with high ceilings. The staff was kind and helpfull. At the moment, the breakfast was served in the room and it was good and plenty.
S	Stephane Benamou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suites are ok and location is very central Not the best ones even the Deluxe suites are just ok No amenities like shampoo or shower gels brought in the rooms: we always had to ask for it Not enough towels either TV malfunctioning. Breakfast just average and boring with tasteless food On the last day of our stay we asked the hotel to keep our luggage in their storage for a few hours before our departure and they gave our carry on to some other guests. Fortunately enough the guests realized before they left the hotel that they had the wrong luggage. The hotel did not even apologize. The hotel is quite irresponsible for mixing up luggage and giving the wrong luggage to the wrong guests. For this reason and all reasons outlined above I will not stay again at this property

The food wasn’t “that” great, and not much food left if you don’t come at the opening (I wish the staff had renew the food regularly).

B	Barry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HiLight Hotel is located extremely conveniently to where I needed to be (my reason for going to Vienna) but also a block from Stadtpark and Stadtpark U-bahn and from there just about anywhere in Vienna. Staff is friendly and fun, not stuffy. Breakfast buffet is ample, fresh. This is my third stay at the hotel and planning on a stay next year. Pretty much nothing. The hotel has separated itself from it's affiliation with two other hotels (probably can't state so I won't) -- I noticed the improvements, so went from a 'quite good' last two years to 'just about excellent' this year.

K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to my business i have been in different kind of hotels all over the world but this place has the key points every hotel should have great staff always with a nice smile, delicious breakfast for a healthy start, comfy beds and everything very clean. i had a great stay. There were also families with children which seem to enjoy they stay to, so i could imagine to take my family with me next time, combine business and a small city trip:))
A	Alvaro Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay walking distance from the city centre. Arriving there was easy and the receptionist helped us with the check-in. Our room was very neat, cleaned and spacious, with a bedroom and a sofa bed. It was cleaned every day. Reception closes late at night, but you are able to enter the hotel by a side door. Breakfast is good, simple but has everything you need to start your day with energy. I would definitely come back!

Because we liked Vienna so much, we are already thinking about our second vacation there and we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you!
