Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices from the a la carte menu as well as from the buffet. The quality of food was second to none. Lady who served us all 4 days, could not be more accommodating and helpful. I can't praise her enough, we felt spoilt. We are already thinking when we could go back to Vienna.

What really stood out was the incredible service. Everyone from the front desk , the concierge staff and the room service so helpful . The hotel is lovely, my room was spacious and appointed beautifully.

The people at the front desk were eager to help. Stop by for a drink in the cocktail lounge or enjoy a meal at the restaurant. It was a perfect ending for our last stop before returning to the U.S,

From the moment you step through the golden revolving doors you are treated like royalty; your bags taken, welcomed by all present staff and swiftly checked in to your room. Check in is painless and takes less than 5 minutes, even with Covid restrictions in place. The rooms are stunning - decorated with flawless furniture, luxury toiletries and cleaned to a degree one wouldn't even think is possible. The amenities within the room will include coffee machines, multiple smart televisions and plenty of reading material for those interested. The bar is exquisite, with the staff being some of the friendliest you can find in Vienna. Get there a little later in the night and it tends to get quieter as many guests are there for business and drink earlier! Bar is open until 1am and will serve anything you can put a name to. Breakfast was full of variety and plentiful, from cereals to fresh fruit and even caviar for those with a taste for it - the pastries are to die for. Highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included as this allows you to simply walk in and enjoy. All in all, a must-stay for Vienna!

As meeting planner, they upgraded me to an Imperial Suite--so nice. Beautiful property, clean, and convenient to dining and sites to see. Felt very safe when out and about from the hotel. Front desk assisted with early arrival check-ins and answer questions when needed. A few of us had a tour of the property giving history and showing us the suite occupied by many dignitaries over the years. Hotel wasn't able to have breakfast buffet but we were able to order from the menu and tried a variety of items and all items good. Breakfast staff was attentive to our needs.
