J	Jack St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon lässt man es 4 Minuten klingeln, dann wird der Hörer ganz vorsichtig abgehoben und zur Seite gelegt. Im Hintergrund hört man den Mitarbeiter mal husten und hier und da einige Tastenanschläge. Wenn man zu lange dran bleibt wird einfach aufgelegt. Warum zahlen wir überhaupt noch Steuern. The phone is left ringing for 4 minutes, then the receiver is picked up very carefully and put to one side. In the background you can hear the employee coughing and a few keystrokes here and there. If you stay on too long they just hang up. Why do we still pay taxes at all?
u	unall38 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine arbeitnehmerveranlagung eingereicht vorberechnung 3000€ guthaben wegen 2 x familienbonus plus. 2tage später nachricht in der databox steht drinnen nur 1500 guthaben. Deswegen angerufen musste erst mal 10 minuten warten dann ist ne dame ran gegangen und meinte ich solle geduldig bleiben nur weil ich was fragen wollte meinte sie ich bin ungeduldig und kann mein Geld kaum abwarten. Dem ist aber nicht so wollte nur eine auskunft haben ob ich vielleicht was falsch ausgefüllt habe aber sie wollte mir entweder nicht zuhören oder war einfach gar nichtintelligent genung mich zu verstehen was ich meine. Aber na ja habe es probiert aber sie konnte oder wollte mir einfach nicht die richtige auskunft geben. Ich glaube wir zahlen alle genug steuern und haben glaub das recht ab und zu mal eine kleine Auskunft zu bekommen wenn wir was wissen wollen I have submitted my employee tax assessment pre-calculation 3000 € credit because of 2 x family bonus plus. 2 days later message in the data box is inside only 1500 credit. That's why I called and had to wait 10 minutes, then a lady answered and said I should be patient, only because I wanted to ask something, she said I'm impatient and can hardly wait for my money. But that's not the case, she just wanted to know if I might have filled in something wrong, but she either didn't want to listen to me or was just not intelligent enough to understand what I mean. But well, I tried it, but she simply couldn't or didn't want to give me the right information. I think we all pay enough taxes and think we have the right to get a little information from time to time if we want to know something

Einreichungen werden ewig nicht bearbeitet, beim Anrufen ewige Wartezeiten und danach wirft dich der Mitarbeiter einfach aus der Leitung. Schade das keine Minus-Sterne möglich sind! Just a bottomless cheek what they do with us! Submissions are not processed for ages, eternal waiting times when calling and then the employee simply throws you off the line. It's a shame that negative stars aren't possible!

Die Abwicklung meines Antrags und die Geschwindigkeit der Bearbeitung von Herrn A.G. haben mich beindruckt. Äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. So sollten alle Ämter arbeiten! I would like to give the NoVA department a very big compliment. The processing of my application and the speed of processing by Mr. A.G. have impressed me. Extremely courteous and helpful. This is how all offices should work!
K	Kevin Adlassnigg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich Null Sterne geben. Ewige Warteschlange, dann wird man 5 mal weiter verbunden und landet jedes mal wieder in der Warteschlange. Jede zweite Person am Telefon ist extrem genervt oder unfreundlich. Lohnzettel werden eingereicht die einfach unauffindbar sind und das Problem wird nur in den wenigsten Fällen gelöst. Von einem auf das andere Jahr habe ich eine Steuer Erhöhung von 16% bekommen, das in keinem Verhältnis zum Lohn steht. Warum der Telefonservice jetzt Österreich weit ist erklärt auch warum man 5 Mal weiter geleitet wird und die im Osten habe noch weniger Ahnung. Einfach nur zum Kopfschütteln! If I could I would give zero stars. Eternal queue, then you will be connected 5 times and end up in the queue again each time. Every second person on the phone is extremely annoyed or unfriendly. Payslips are submitted that are simply untraceable and the problem is rarely resolved. From one year to the next I got a tax increase of 16%, which is disproportionate to the salary. Why the telephone service is now Austria far also explains why you are forwarded 5 times and those in the east have even less idea. Just to shake your head!

M	Matthias Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone number does NOT connect to the Finanzamt Feldkirch, but if you call it, someone will give you another number for Feldkirch, which doesn't work either. You will then be redirected in the middle of a sentence without warning, waiting in line for a third time, not knowing where you will turn up next. Service is impatient at best, usually unfriendly though. GUYS I PAY YOUR SALARY WITH MY TAXES, SHOW SOME RESPECT!!!
