★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an excellent place. The recepcionist was very kind, especially helpful, as we were looking for a place in emergency. Clean, comfy, nice room, perfect breakfast.

Staff friendly generally but can be grumpy at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. Rooms and hallways smell like cigarette, tiny bathroom. The worst service I've ever experienced, staff is highly unwelcoming, don't bother to make their guest comfortable. I'll never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and an extraordinary breakfast. Counted today 18 different kinds of cheese. 10 min walk to the Main Station and 20 min to the beautiful city centre with a great castle .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housekeeping has been spot on during my 2 week stay. Restaurant and bar are reasonable and above average food and drink. Free brekfast is great. For a stay like i have had, laundry service is a must and again they deliver like clockwork. Would be 5 stars, but the cooler in my room has to be supplemented with ice to be effective so it becomes a pain to acquire on and offsite. All in all, well done.
