Man steht vor verschlossenen Türen, obwohl im Internet steht, dass sie geöffnet haben!!!!! ZERO SERVICE - neither by phone nor on site - ZERO STARS actually deserved !! You stand in front of closed doors, although it says on the Internet that they are open !!!!!

D	Daniela K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekam trotz termingerechter Einzahlung eine Mahnung! Türe verschlossen..nur mit Termin kommt man rein..aber wie kommt man dazu? Hebt ja keiner ab!?Eine nette Dame die ich privat kenne half mir.Die Mahnung ist für 2020 weil die Zahlungen wegen Corona ausgesetzt wurden! Keine Rechnung aber Mahnung! Zum Teufel noch mal...warum sind die Angestellten in den Ämtern schützenswerter als die Menschen die den ganzen Lockdown an " vorderster Front" gearbeitet haben ???? Got a reminder despite the timely payment! The door is locked .. you can only get in with an appointment .. but how do you get there? Nobody answers! ? A nice lady I know privately helped me. The reminder is for 2020 because the payments have been suspended due to Corona! No invoice but a reminder! The hell ... why are the employees in the offices more worthy of protection than the people who worked on the "front line" during the whole lockdown ?? ??
a	anna müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt! Niemand ist telefonisch erreichbar und eine Email kann man auch nicht schreiben. Im Netz steht sie haben geöffnet und dann steht man dort vor verschlossenen Türen. Nur zur Info jedes Amt bei dem ich jetzt wieder war hat geöffnet, will dort eigentlich niemand arbeiten, oder was ist los? Das ist wirklich eine Schande und wenn ich mal den Aufwand betreibe und eine Rezension schreibe (was ich sonst nie mache) muss ordentlich was schief laufen! I've really never seen anything like it! Nobody can be reached by phone and you cannot write an email either. In the network it says they are open and then you stand there in front of closed doors. Just for information, every office I have been to is open now, nobody really wants to work there, or what is going on? This is really a shame and when I go to the trouble and write a review (which I never do otherwise) something really has to go wrong!
