War jetzt schon das dritte mal hier, weil ich seit mittlerweile über 3 Monaten auf meine Rückzahlung warte. Auskunft bekommt man ÜBERHAUPT KEINE. Die Dame am Schalter ist dermaßen inkompetent das sie eigentlich auch einen Baumstamm dort hin stellen könnten. Wie erwähnt warte ich schon länger auf das Geld wobei viele Bekannte die den Steuerausgleich sogar 2 Monate nach mir eingereicht haben ihr Geld innerhalb von maximal 1 bis 2 Wochen bekommen haben. Die Aussage der (Baumstamm) Mitarbeiterin mit einem breiten Grinsen :Ich kann ja nen Beschwerdebrief an den Bundespräsidenten schreiben finde ich eine maßlos Respektlosigkeit und eine Frechheit Sondergleichen, wenn man nur wissen will was und wieso das so lange dauert. Vl ist sie ja als Kind vom Wickeltisch gefallen und kann nichts für ihre Inkompetenz. Schön nur das sich das Finanzamt scheinbar unendlich Zeit lassen kann das Geld das einem zusteht zu zahlen während man als normaler Bürger maximal 2 Wochen dafür Zeit hat... You get NO information at all. The lady at the counter is so incompetent that she could actually put a tree trunk there. As mentioned, I have been waiting for the money for a long time, although many acquaintances who submitted the tax compensation even 2 months after me received their money within a maximum of 1 to 2 weeks. The statement of the (tree trunk) employee with a broad grin: I can write a letter of complaint to the Federal President, I find an immeasurably disrespectful and cheeky special equals, if you just want to know what and why it takes so long. She probably fell off the changing table as a child and can't fault her incompetence. The only thing nice is that the tax office can seemingly allow infinite time to pay the money that is due to you while as a normal citizen you have a maximum of 2 weeks for it ...
