Man wartet stundenlang in der telefonischen Warteschleife, wird von einer Stelle zur anderen weitergeleitet und landet nie bei der richtigen Person!
Und dann wird man rausgeschmissen.
Unmöglich die richtige Person zu erwischen, da es nur 1 Telefonnummer gibt für ganz Österreich.
0 Sterne wären noch viel zu viel
 This incompetence is unbelievable!
You spend hours on hold on the phone, being transferred from one place to another and never ending up with the right person!
And then you get thrown out.
Impossible to get the right person because there is only 1 phone number for the whole of Austria.
0 stars would still be far too many

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Personal, das so scheint keine Lust auf Ihre Arbeit zu haben. Von den langen Wartezeiten am Telefon rede ich gar nicht. Für einen Antrag habe ich gefühlt 20x + langer Wartezeit meistens angerufen, gefühlt jedes mal kam etwas anderes dazu dass ich vorlegen sollte. Und wenn ich das dann vorgelegt habe, war es verschwunden, nicht bearbeitet oder dergleichen. Unfassbar!!
Unmotivated and unfriendly staff who don't seem to care about their job. I'm not even talking about the long waiting times on the phone. For an application, I usually called 20x + long waiting time, felt like something else came up every time that I should submit. And then when I presented it, it was gone, not edited or anything like that. Incomprehensible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there in an attempt to pay the car registration tax (NoVA) and ended up being processed by this guy with moustache and an authoritarian attitude asking about a document I was apparently missing.
All I'm saying is that for someone who's about to "invest" a 4 digit amount of money on a tax, a bit of kindness is not that much to ask for.
