Great food, very welcoming and warm staff- housekeeping and waiters. Incredible water park and views. I didn't like- the rooms were not clean enough. The beds were uncomfortable. Too much expensive. The internet was slow.

We have spent very nice several days with family at the hotel, service was perfect, food, bar, restaurant everything good quality, pleasant personel willing to help. The only one thing we were missing were some space for clothes we were two adults and two almost-adults. Next time we have to take one more room or bigger room. Room is very nice , enough for family with small children but not for teenagers :-)

Its a ripoff. By comparison, this is the least desirable spa experience. You must pay extra for every thing you want. Not even a towel is included(5 eur). If it happens to snow the bar beside the outside pool is closed and you need to go to the restaurant, but you need to get dressed to be allowed in the restaurant. It's almost like they don't want you to have a good time.

This is a nice spa. There are heated pools (around 33 degrees Celsius), saunas, and solar. There is a nude area where you can find saunas and pools. The restaurants and cafes offer a decent selection of food and drinks, and you can spend here a few relaxing hours.

Almost everything was simply fantastic - food, view, service, SPA. There are only two small disadvantages: pillows were too flat (although it's our mistake that we didn't ask on the reception for the new one). And the air was pretty stuffy - it's hard to open the window to ventilate in the winter because the door is very big. But the first disadvantage is easily resolvable if you contact the reception, second is pretty common for all hotels in the winter. Don't get discourage, entire experience is wonderful. Also a couple of small wishes - to have at least one aufguss on the third floor spa - Eagle nest looks suitable for this and to have separate shampoo, because it's better for the hair

The 3 hours ticket doesn’t include sauna and it is not possible to book it separately online. The pools are quite full in the afternoon time but was very warm and pleasant. The staff on the reception is very unfriendly and not client oriented. They try to get rid of you from the reception as fast as possible and don’t provide clear answers. My husband checked in to the infrared sauna which didn’t work, he reported it to the staff who said he didn’t have to pay. But the lady at the reception didn’t want to listen to his explanation and just kept repeating he had to pay for something that didn’t work!

We went to this spa on a ski holiday. The website is a bit confusing so we accidentally booked the swim world pass, when we went to go to only the sauna rooms. Unfortunately it was non refundable so we paid for the sauna as well on top. A quick look at the pool area, it was very nice. A few small pools to go in, inside and outside. The outside ones were very nice in the winter, and it was snowing when we were there. The sauna rooms were so nice! Each had a different feeling and tenperature. All very relaxing. The nude area has a large sauna room at the back where every hour there are different "events"/essential oils with music. Be warned it can get very busy, even in covid times, and VERY hot! For the sauna (nude area) you don't need a swimming costume. We had bought one just in case. Towels and a robe cost extra (9 euro), so at least make sure you bring your own towel if you don't want to pay for that, as the towel is a necessity. Overall it was very relaxing and would definitely come back. Just make sure to get the right booking on the website, or book in person! Would gladly spend a day here and use the restaurant

We spent 3 days in this beautiful and relaxing hotel (and on nearby ski slopes). Hotel is perfect, we liked the services, staff, food, cleanliness as well as hotel spa area. Weather was good (but even if not - you can find program in big public wellness area, incl. fitness, massages or trips to surroundings). Really amazing. The only tip to think about is availability of WIFI - we were disconnected on departure day - already in the morning, before check-out.
