★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SPA itself is great: nice pools, relaxing sauna infusions, but we had to wait 30 minutes to enter the SPA, even with the " Tauern Best Friends" card, as that fast entrance was not open. Only one entrance counter was open and the queue stretched to the outside doors.

I came for the sauna only. Too bad you have to go for A combined ticket which makes it a bit expensive, but mountain view is amazing. Variaty is sauna's is good.

Very nice interior.
Water is really hot and salty.
But not enviroment friendly - the water is heated by electricity :-(((.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful thermal spa with lots of different pools that meet everyone's needs.
It also includes a sauna, several solarium chambers, a gym, a kids dedicated pool area and even a restaurant.
Reception is extremely friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend it for people visiting Kaprun.

The warm pool from the roof of the hotel is amazing the view is also amazing.
The staff is professional and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spa was very nice and we had a great and relaxing time here.
What I found unpleasant was that as guests from outside the hotel we didn’t have access to the upper outside pool.
READ THIS!!!!!
Also, we paid extra 12€ for each person at 10:03 pm because every hour past check out time is charged with 12€ fee/person but 10 pm was the closing time. We paid extra for waiting in line to exit the building and for only 3 minutes delay. Nobody warned us that this will happen when we entered the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous breakfast variety in the hotel. Definitely recommend breakfast and spa. Spa has lots of different little niches to lie around in, nicely sectioned off so that everyone has their own privacy. Full length swimming pool for swimmers with an amazing view. Always something to see.
